It was close (about 20 euros by taxi)
The bedding was clean, so I had a good rest.
Not recommended for tourists, no connection to city center and nothing to enjoy in or see nearby.
For the two star hotel quite OK experience - very basic but clean and has served the purpose.
That being said, it's too pricey for what it offers, but compared to hotels placed more centrally still ok-ish..
Check in process was slow and they had issues with the room keys. Fortunately, we requested another towel and they were quick to provide one.
The room was pretty spacious for three people. There were plenty of places for storage and the beds were comfortable.b The bathroom was also decently sized and there was a ledge for more storage. The TV had access to YouTube which was a nice bonus. The air conditioning worked, the shades blocked the sun, and the room was quiet on the first floor.
The biggest flaw of this hotel is the location. If you are a tourist, this is a little too inconvenient to reach the airport and downtown by public transport. Taxi rides are not cheap and the public transport costs can add up. It's a 2 hour walk if you want to see some sights. It is good for seeing Montserrat as the FGC line is nearby.
One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic free parking lot, which is a huge advantage in Barcelona. It was spacious and easily accessible, making our trip stress-free.
Additionally, the hotel’s location is excellent. Just a few steps away, there’s a commercial area with plenty of options for all meals, making dining very convenient.
Finally, we must mention the staff—all the employees we met were extremely kind and welcoming, adding to the positive experience.
Overall, a great value-for-money hotel, perfect for a short stay!
