The room was clean and hygienic, and all the facilities were new. I loved the cute, vintage telephone. The staff were also very welcoming. The only minor issue was that the walls were a bit thin, so the soundproofing wasn't great.

Second stay here, and the service at this hotel is excellent. We booked a room that included welcome drinks, which we could redeem at the bar. There was also complimentary juice upon arrival. The gym is very professional and spacious. I accidentally left my scarf behind when checking out, and they helped me retrieve it in the end. I'm very impressed with the service.

This is a business hotel that I stayed at temporarily for a video conference. It's very close to Sants station. The front desk and restaurant staff were warm and patient.

The location is fantastic, right next to the train station, making it easy to get anywhere by subway. The twin beds were placed vertically, which made the room feel a bit cramped. The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. It’s a hostel located in the centre of Barcelona and it’s close to the metro station so u can get to different part of Barcelona easily. It’s a decent hostel but there’s no hot water coming out from one of the shower ;(( The shower water is either too hot or too cold and it works on a pushed timer (I understood it’s for the environment but it’s honestly not the best for the one taking shower)

Overall, it was okay. There were quite a lot of guests, and the breakfast was pretty much the same every day.

The hostel was very nice at meeting my request of staying at bottom bunk. The set-up of bathroom and shower was interesting, a minus is there was no clothes hanger so it was hard taking a shower, no place to place your shampoo and conditioner bottles so it was harder than expected. The hotel is conveniently located, everything is within walking distance. The staff is friendly. It's important to note that the spa is an additional fee and is accessible to children over 14 (I don't remember exactly). But most importantly, it's not allowed with small children. I recommend it for a stopover; it's also suitable for walks.
