Ryans La Marina in Ibiza City

This hotel was perfect location for the old town and visiting Dalt Villa. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was a small balcony however no chair to sit on there. Our room faced the main street which did make it rather noisy until the early hours

It was all a disaster… booked through trivago where the correct dates were entered, on trip.com I don’t know how for some offers, but they must understand the dates were postponed by a couple of days. The fact is that they didn’t give us the rooms, the fact is that Trip.com treated us like animals. We contacted them the day before leaving and the answer was… DON’T WORRY!!!
Since then we have been on the phone for at least 5 hours… at least 60 phone calls in front of 8 witnesses and the exhausting dynamic was always the same. We call her back through a manager… every time the operator changed and yet another useless manager who told me… I’ll call you back in 10 minutes and then disappeared. All in front of the customers of your hotel and your employees.
Ruined holiday… we had to spend crazy amounts to find another solution in Ibiza and they wanted to give me €30 refund on the next booking. I’m not a beggar and I refused.
I do not recommend Trip.com and the hotel itself which has done nothing but pass off the obvious and blatant responsibility of Trip.com
Since I was able to buy another return flight because I had vacation, I used one of the two rooms…and according to you the other was not reassigned…terrible.
In any case, never again. Our time is worth it and people cannot be treated with such condescension and mediocrity at over 2,000 from home after they have worked and saved to treat themselves to a little vacation. We have largely exceeded the mark. It was all nothing short of mortifying with nervous breakdowns and tears for their total disinterest and attitude of condescension. Shame on you and I hope that people resume the healthy practice of booking the hotel directly by contacting them directly and skipping these intermediaries who are at the very least embarrassing. Maybe we choose structures that also care about their reputation and ethics. Here all this has not arrived.

Everything was very good, quite central.

Me and my partner stayed here for four nights. We had a sea view room with balcony. After reading previous reviews I was a little bit sceptical about the place. After my stay I could not recommend this place highly enough. The location of Ryan’s is perfect, night in the heart of Ibiza town. The value for money is 10/10 as the rooms are spotless, comfy beds, excellent shower and nice decor. The staff in this place are as nice as anywhere I have stayed, so accommodating and always greeting with a smile on their face. Anyone who complained about noise in this place needs to check into and old folks home potentially as I feel Ibiza is not the place for them! We had a great night sleep every night. I can take nothing away from this place. If you are looking for perfect location, good value for money, nice clean rooms and delightful staff… then Ryan’s is the place for you.
