Lovely hotel, staff are so friendly and it’s such a relaxing place to be.

Stayed b and b - breakfast lovely - could do with some more fresh fruit options like watermelon, but that’s being fussy!

Dated hotel, but oh so clean and loved the spa access. If we stayed again we would have the terrace rooms with access directly to the rooftop.

All the staff seemed happy- it’s rare these days and such a pleasure to see. Cleaning team were top notch and all valuables were safe.

We will 100 percent return, never felt so chilled and relaxed after a break and hotel advised if we do rebook they will try and accommodate any requests.

Food and drink to buy is reasonable, close to a supermarket and ten min walk to Santa eularia. Ten min walk along the coast to a stunning beach too! Spa is lovely. Just perfect! Thank you all at the hotel ❤️❤️

We stayed here for 1 week in a double sea view room & i wish it had been longer.
The hotel was very spacious & welcoming.
The food was excellent & the staff very polite, helpful & friendly. Especially, Alex & Paula. The location was perfect, quiet, but within walking distance to beaches from either way from the hotel. Both very nice flat walks & along the coastal paths.
The swimming pool & spa was also very nice & clean.
We enjoyed seeing the sun rises every morning.

We stayed here 2nd week in October. Nice and warm, 24°...apart from the first 2 days/nights. Storms and heavy showers and windy. Thankfully didn't last the full week though 😎
The hotel itself is very nice, spacious and clean. Rooms are cleaned every day although they forgot ours the first 2 days, even reception didn't know why, but apologised profusely.
The pool area is really nice, lots of room, lots of beds. Towels available on request for a deposit.
Rear access to footpath which goes to a couple of bars one way and to the port the other way.
Food was very good with a lot of choice and as much as you want (we stayed half board).
All the staff were were very friendly, very polite, helpful and smiling all the time. Credit to all of them because they seemed to be there 24 hours a day.
There is a sauna/spa area which is free. Evening entertainment wasn't every night but it was the end of the season so we weren't that bothered, we just had a walk round the bars some evenings.
All in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for couples of all ages.

Brilliant hotel. Excellent customer service. Amazing food. It is about 15 minutes walk to the centre of Santa Eulalia. We had beautiful sea views from our accommodation. The pool area was lovely. I felt sorry for the life guard. He was there every day with nothing to do. It's a very quiet hotel. It has entertainment about every other night. There is a room with books in to choose which is a great idea.

Been here 4 times now and find it a great place to come and relax in the sun. The service is great. All the staff are very engaging and happy to help. We stayed here for a week this time around on half board and both breakfast and dinner provide a variety of choices. The staff are very attentive at all times in the restaurant. It’s a well located place with a short 10 minute walk into town. The atmosphere at this hotel is geared to anyone wanting to relax by the pool and/or wanting to go for a dip in the sea, which is right outside the back gates. It’s a quiet and good value for money for anyone wanting a relaxing break in the sun. If you are looking for constant loud music and partying you’ll be disappointed! The only one negative about this place is that the no smoking in rooms policy isn’t enforced even after complaining to reception. Many people smoke on their balconies so any non-smokers can’t really enjoy their balconies. The other smoking area is outside the front of the hotel but the smoke drifts in through the automatic doors that are constantly opening. So if you are sat in one of the many sofa areas in their grand reception it makes it an unpleasant experience.

Recommended 100%!!! We stayed for a few nights and will definitely repeat!!! Very nice place, quiet location, walking distance to the center of Santa Eulalia. Excellent service. The best buffet, delicious food, very good quality and variety. Very complete breakfasts and always variations in some things. Without a doubt, the perfect place to stay in Ibiza!

Really worth coming back many times. Everything is right about this hotel and its staff. Delicious food and a beautiful view. Rented a car for a day, which was also nice. Visited the southern cities. It was really worth it.

Location is great if you like a quiet getaway and a beautiful city with calm beaches. Furniture may be outdated but it doesn’t affect your stay at all and the staff are amazing at cleaning and maintaining the room. Amenities are great, good facilities to use like the spa and pools. Could not think of one complaint during my stay here. I got what I paid for.
