It’s a great place, clean with a lovely ambience. It’s in a fantastic location. The staff are all wonderful and very attentive. I would very much recommend coming here. My friend and i come back every year… two or three times! :-)

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and all the major clubs, which made it perfect for nightlife in Ibiza. However, the downsides were hard to ignore. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel requires a cash deposit for almost everything, from a beach towel (10 euros) to even an iron. While you do get the money back upon return, the cash only system is inconvenient and unnecessary

Hired the room for a stag do so we could fill it with booze and have everyone in the garden bit. Worked a treat, saved a fortune rather than getting a table or everyone buying booze from the bar all day. Would just be careful with what you use in the room most of its chargeable so you’ll get a hefty chunk taken off your deposit afterwards if you aren’t careful

This is a very lazy property. Guests come for the party and the party is fun, so the property doesn’t have to try hard to deliver on any other front. The service is the worst part of the hotel, especially drinks and food at the beach restaurant. It’s expensive, slot and unfriendly. Shame, because the hotel could be so much more than a concert venue.

Beach access was great as well the food options. Pool had limited seating unless you want to pay premium. All The staff was super polite and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, and very quiet! The whole hotel is large, with complete facilities, including a swimming pool and bar. The breakfast is also good. Great location for the various clubs Ibiza has to offer - Pacha within walking distance, other clubs a quick taxi ride away. Close to a taxi rank too (a few min walk) It’s an older hotel but clean. Nice rooftop pool and restaurant, but service could be better. One of the more affordable hotels in Ibiza.

As a hotel 4 stars they don’t have basic things: tissues, bathrobes, slippers , kettle.

The location of this hotel is amazing, right in the city of Ibiza with bars and restaurants. However, the hotel WiFi was never working in the two days of our stay, and the front desk wasn’t being helpful at all.
