This place is unreal! Definitely 5 star luxury. Incredible service, huge selection of restaurants and food. Whilst the location is away from main town (15 minute walk) it is close to a few nice beaches.

Basic hotel - not bad for a cheap party holiday. Great not having kids screaming or mucking about at the pool when you've had a a few too many the night before ;-) food was varied and kept me going back for more. Situated smack in the middle of town. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast is excellent. If you want cheap and cheerful this is the place. Although, the rooms were very clean they're stuck in the past. They could do with a make over. Other than that, an enjoyable experience.

The room itself reminds me of a 3 Star set up in Vegas. But my overall experience was EXCELLENT! They have decent wifi, outdoor/rooftop fun swimming pool, EVERYONE is having fun. They provide breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets at a great price. Most importantly I felt safe and secure with 24/7 security and front desk support.

Very poor service, rude dining area staff which literally kicks you out from the dinning area 5 minutes after breakfast/lunch/dinner time is over. Friendly staff in Reception and bar area though. It is really far away from everything. No shops, no restaurants around. Nothing. There is a supermarket in the resort, but it was closed while saturday and sunday. The food is really amazing, the staff is very nice and kind. Nothing to complain about. Pool is big, nice water depth and very clean. The show in the evening Mongolian artist was amazing.

About 5 - 7 mins walk to sea side.. cafe del mar is around 12 mins and u can watch a sunset from there. Its a no service hotel. They gave complementary water bottles only once inspite we stayed for 2 nights. Lidl is just 3 mins walk. Breakfast was good. Overall all satisfactory experience.

My husband & I stayed at the Invisa Hotel Es Pla for a week from 11/10/2025 to the 18/10/2025, I have given 3 stars purely for the excellent breakfast & the lovely staff, yes the rooms are a bit dated but the bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. We had a lovely short stay here on our first visit to Ibiza. The hotel was in a brilliant location, next to the bus station, Lidl and within easy walking distance of bars, clubs & restaurants. We chose the half board option, and both breakfast & dinner were fabulous, with plenty of choices. The staff were efficient & friendly & we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ibiza!

We had a great stay at the hotel. While there was a leak in our room, the staff responded immediately to check on it. Although the leak wasn’t fully resolved, we chose to remain in the same room. The hotel was in a great location, staff were great! The pool is only 40 cm deep so it was perfect for us to cool off but not great if you’re looking for something deeper. Our stay was absolutely perfect. The team member who checked us in was amazing (I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name). The best hotel ever for a girls holiday! Me and 5 friends went, we have stayed in 4 other hotels in Ibiza and this is definitely the best one. Such a good vibe throughout.

It‘s a very good place to stay in Ibiza cause said the price is affordable and the location is good. It’s near the central bus station in Santa Tonio‘s.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful with our holiday with great suggestions for restaurants, ordering taxis etc. Rooms were very clean and tidied daily. Nicest coffee we tasted! A great affordable hotel that will see us again.

A no frills yet super neat and clean hotel. The staff is very welcoming,friendly and helpful. It is just a 5 minutes walk to the free car park,the bus station and the seafront promenade. A 10 minutes walk will get you to the Mercadona supermarket where you can buy anything you need. Best recommended.

THE BEST place to stay in Ibiza for genuine caring staff, beautiful clean accommodation, fantastic location, great pricing and most importantly … Toni’s (the owner) KILLER FLAO (Ibizan cake) which he serves up with ripe watermelon on his YACHT over the west coast of this gorgeous and mesmerising island. Can’t wait to go back, it’s one of the highlights of my year every year and also one of the highlights...

Stayed for three nights. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, helping us navigate the city, and book a taxi to the airport. Room was very clean and air conditioning worked great. In the most perfect location where you can still get sleep but walk to the strip in a matter of 5 minutes. If I come back to Ibiza, I would most definitely stay in this hotel again!
