Beware, this is a party hotel! It's incredibly loud at night, with slamming doors and loud music.

Only suitable for partygoers.

Mostly young partygoers.

Dinner is good.
Staff is very friendly, though.

There is a lot of noise between the rooms and the sound is not well insulated. The bed is not very comfortable. The service is good and I admire the cleaning service for all the work they do with tourists who leave the rooms destroyed. I saw them take out bags and bags of garbage.

Towels are taken every 3 days, on nights and 5 days they changed the towels once, we asked to clean the room and it was cleaned only once, and the housekeeping was pulling the sheets up, they did not remove the garbage that was in the bin, leaving both bins completely full of the 4-day rubbish.
The view from the balcony was the same as in the photographs, we had chewing gum controlling the air conditioning, the day we arrived we had the toilet full of feces (which I will obviously not put in the photograph) and a contact lens on the bathroom floor.
The towels they left us had one of them full of holes, the sheets were worn and one of the pillows on the bed had a stain.
At dinner, despite the half board, there is no right to any drink, not even water (3€ a bottle of water) and the amount is immediately charged.
It's impossible to sleep because people don't have any respect, they knock the clocks at all hours, they scream in the corridors all night and the employees don't call anyone's attention and don't even demand silence.
Location is good, but cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

The room wasn’t ready on time
I was waiting for my room 30min after 2pm because wasn’t ready ,the swimming pool needed refurbishment, the water is dirty, inside the swimming pool wall you can see is dirty and disgusting , the room is clean, bothroom is clean but the shower head is damaged the water come out from the all said cable need maintenance.
