Snagged a suite for a night while heading to the north coast. Classic NH quality and service. To be honest it's 20m to the old town which can be a stretch in the rain. If you have a car it's easy in and easy out. Recommend as a base to explore.

It is a lovely hotel, modern, great beds and a good shower.The parking was easy to find and not expensive . It’s not close to the city centre but the taxi ride is quick and less than €10. We enjoyed our stay staff were helpful too.

What further can I add? A great room for the price we paid for a single night layover on our way to France. Hotel rooms are accessed through 3 x elevators, so there was no uncomfortable waiting periods for the lifts. We had an adjoining family room, which was spacious for three people. A hotel car park in Spain that has spaces that actually doesn't try to pack cars in like "sardines in a tin" is unique. Very noisy, located in the old part of the city. Was not accessible with a car and parking was a bit of a distance away. Other than that the rooms were good and the hotel was well kept.

Stayed here three nights while visiting Pamplona. Extremely courteous staff, very helpful and accommodating.

The room was spacious; the only downside was that the pillows were too high.

Very nice hotel. The location couldn't be better for exploring the old town. Rooms comfortable with very hot water / shower. The bar is very is very nice indeed, and popular with locals although it does close rather early. We opted not to use the underground parking at €18 a day (I spent that money on food and drinks instead! A much better idea.)

This hotel y far from downtown but it has few restaurants nearby. The room does not have closet so you cannot hang your clothes. Breakfast is good with fresh orange juice and decent bakery.

We stayed here during the San Fermin festival. Parking situation was a little confusing, but the check-in process was quick and easy. The room was clean, quiet and modern. We met up with a friend from New York to run with the bulls and go to a bull fight. The hotel was great spotless and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location if your purpose is an activity in the University of Navarra.

Disappointing Room was not especially clean, in fact it looked like someone had sat on the bed before we arrived and we also had to clean the bathroom prior to using as there. Was wee on the toilet seat - not something that you really want to do after walking 28km on the Camino.

Extreme water noises in the bedroom coming from other bedrooms, must be WC flushing. And other door slamming noises and voices. Couldn't sleep good.

We had 4 beds, but only 3 of them had proper duvets, and one of the beds on the bunk bed is on the floor. All the channels on the TV are in spainish and you can't connect your phone.

I had read really bad reviews about this hotel and was a bit worried about our stay. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and tidy. We didn't really have much interaction with the staff, just trying to talk to someone on the front desk, who was always busy.

Although we weren’t staying in this hotel we took advantage of its location in a quiet square to have a relaxing sit down and a coffee. The service was very good and our large coffees were tasty and a decent size - and you don’t often get decent sized coffees in Spain!

I stayed at Hotel Leyre during San Fermin, not for the first time. It is always my first choice due to proximity to the Plaza de Toros and the standard of accommodation. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast is wonderful - something for everyone! Highly recommended.

The rooms were great. Small, but perfect for 2 people. The service was out of this world. People are really nice. About a 20 min walk from Plaza Mayor. But 5 min from the train station. Very locally centralized.

Room was with a damage floor uneven and loose tiles ,and 2” gap in bottom of the entrace door,when I check in I did request a room facing the main blvd, he says it wasn’t nothing available he did lay to me ,this room was one of the worse room

Fortunate Find in Pamplona After coming off of the El Camino trail, this hotel pick was a fortunate find. My Room Service meal was delicious and bathtub soak very appreciated! Centrally located for all types of shopping, food.

Staff was great! Hotel was no frills, but that's ok, becasue neither are we. Price was high as it was running with the bulls week. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. No bar on property, but there's a convenience store right next door. This hotel was easy walking distance to El Encierro.

The room is small, with a single 90cm bed and a mini desk. The bathroom is fairly clean. Transportation is also quite convenient.

Was nice a great location but the reception was being remodelled and so was closed but the staff were very nice and the room was a bit cramps with 3 beds (we only needed 2) and nowhere for me to do my morning yoga

Perfectly good hotel in Central Pamplona close to bus station. Slightly odd check in system online but it worked. The room was small but perfectly comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Plenty of convenient plugs which most hotels don't do. Overall recommended. Service only 4* because we barely saw them or needed them but the receptionist we met was very charming.

You can’t beat this location, steps away from the old town area. The hotel was totally fine and definitely basic. Rooms are small, that’s normal for Europe. the shower was excellent. We liked having a balcony to step out onto and get fresh air. The two person lift was helpful since otherwise we had to walk up 4 flights. However the walls are a bit thin and we heard neighbors conversations pretty clearly...

Didn’t do their breakfast so no opinion. The only bummer was the elevator broke and we were on the fifth floor. We only had backpacks and carry-ons so it wasn’t a problem. They offered to help but we didn’t need it. Good exercise so we just went with the glow. Everyone was very kind.

Nice location within walking distance of most of the sites you’ll want to see. Kitchen was nice to have. Nice hot water in the shower. Walls are thin. You will hear every word from your neighbors.

I had a pleasant 4 weeks stay with Alojamientos Olga, only a few minutes to the centrum by bus and 3 minutes walk to CIMA. The rooms and appartment are very clean and cleaned every day by Fatma, who also became a good friend and helped me out in many ways. Thank you Fatma and Olga I´ll for sure look you up again if I come to Pamplona, which I would like to do someday.

Perfect stay to catch the Camino de Santiago

Our room and the lobby were very clean The A/C worked perfectly. We have not found that in every similarly rated hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful The location was good. It was near many pharmacies, parks, and restaurants. Breakfast was good and kindly served to us.

Everything is very correct...plus it should have more stars. Clean, new, the room is very good and breakfast is served to you by a Mr. offering you bread, Serrano ham, cheese, muffins, juice and coffee...very good, really. I would recommend it because it was a great surprise

Nice modern and small hotel in the commercial area of Pamplona. Easy to get to in a car and approximately 25 minutes’ walk through a nice park and then some wide streets on commercial avenues to get to the old town. Great small hotel near CUN and Pamplona hospital complex. Clean, spacious and minimalist rooms. Decent breakfast even during COVID-19. The staff is really helpful and cordial. Has also a common kitchen and washing machine, ideal for longer stays. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting on a business trip.

Smalls room & uncomfortable bed. They have AC but it does no work well and with the high temperature in Pamplona this August. All these mean it was hard to get a good night of sleep. It is very centrally located, however, if you would like to be on a street with many restaurants.

First of all the location is excellent however I do recommend taking a taxi from the train station as it is quite the walk with luggages. Secondly there are a lot of stairs with no lift going to the registration/front desk. You have to climb the stairs dragging your suitcase with you. After check in there are more stairs. Great location in the town center. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Underground parking is a couple blocks away. The only downside is that it can be very noisy at night, at least on weekends, so ask for an interior room.
