Hotel Yoldi in Pamplona

It took the staff 30 mins to get to the front desk and they gave me a room key to some else’s room.

Overall quiet place since not full at all. It is a Run down hotel overall. Elevator smelled of burning rubber when you used it and noisy squeaky. The sheets and towels were all stained. Bathroom was out of products and the tub had a few patch repairs where there had been holes. The ceiling and walls had water stains on them. Breakfast area and sitting space furniture was stained and old. We will not stay here again or do we recommend to.

My wife was the by herself visiting family. The door latch broke on her room. She asked for someone to come fix it because she didn't feel safe. The staff was rude. They wouldn't move her to another room. After a long wait and arguing they finally fixed it. Will not stay there again

1st room smelled & mold on the ceiling. Poop on the toilet handle. Moved us. 2nd room rated 1/2 Star. This was a run down hotel. The breakfast was horrible. The elevator smells like burnt rubber. All towels were stained.

The owners should be embarrassed and ashamed!! Please if you can afford to go somewhere else, GO!!! I was given keys to a room that had stained bedding, dingy towels, a worn toilet seat, mildew on the ceiling, & hair all over the bathroom. I received another key to a room that also had hairy & stained bedding, dingy towels, cracks in the wall, mildew in the bathroom, & worn toilet seat. I then received a key to a room that was in the same condition and the bathtub was so dirty. So, because there was limited availability and I paid for the room in full the only option the staff could offer was to clean one of the rooms for me. The staff apologized and brought a towel with a sneeze of cleaner to wipe down the toilet with hair on it and ask me was I willing to take the room. At that point, I was irritated not with the staff but the condition of each option. I picked the room with the least issues and best airflow. I turned on the exhaust fan and went to Walmart to buy new comforters, bedding, pillow cases, towels, wipes, bleach, scrubbers, toilet seat, everything I needed to stay comfortably. I won’t discuss the breakfast but it was edible. Locked out several times, my key kept deactivating. My experience was horrible, I’ve had better experiences with Motel 6, but the staff member tried to accommodate and didn’t just say oh well; grateful for that. I always check the rooms either before or immediately after I receive the keys for reasons like this.

The rooms tv didnt work called the front desk told me the instructions are on the remote. Called again someone fixed it for about 30min the back to not working. Got back to the room and keys wouldn't work no one was at rhe front desk for over 45mins. 3 people waiting for same issue

Room was dirty, literal hairs all over the toilet and in the shower. The towels were stained!

The 7.6 out of 10 rating is VERY misleading. The sheets were old and yellow. The chair in the room was super dirty. The hair dryer didn’t work. One of the walls had been repaired but they didn’t bother to paint the repaired area to match. The “Exercise” room was “Out of Order” it said. It was being used as storage, visible from the hallway. The breakfast juice machine was broken so… no juice.
