This hotel is infested with bed bugs. Staff extremely rude. When I complained they sent Staff to room to remove bed, before the manager could see bugs to confirm so would not give me refund.

Smalls room & uncomfortable bed. They have AC but it does no work well and with the high temperature in Pamplona this August. All these mean it was hard to get a good night of sleep. It is very centrally located, however, if you would like to be on a street with many restaurants.

Very good location, many good dining options around and walkable to most of the attractions. Room is small and the decoration could use some renovation. Staff is ok but not super passionate.

Very basic very small room. Not spotlessly clean. But right in the centre. So perfect location.
Breakfast is minimal and not worth paying for. A few slices of ham and cheese, a few plain yogurts, but none are refrigerated, dry bread and far too sweet croissants.
You’ll have better at a cafe on the same street.

Perfect location
Ideal location in the centre of Pamplona surrounded by bars and near the main square. The windows were excellent at keeping out the noise of the street. Room basic but all you need. The staff were lovely, breakfast was a nice little buffet and the bar was great to enjoy a drink at the end of the night with a few pintxos.

This property is in a fantastic location very central to walk everywhere it’s just near St Nicolás church The young man who checked me in was friendly and helpful The room was basic, but had what I needed. There is a hairdryer, shower, reasonably comfortable bed. No tea or coffee making facilities, limited toiletries The set evening meal was very good value for money and very tasty. The main thing that lets this hotel down is the two young female staff. The treat guests as an inconvenience especially if Spanish is not a first language. I have been learning Spanish for two years but they were not at all helpful and just spoke very fast!

It was very affordable, clean and comfortable. The rooms were pretty small though, but for the money we paid I am not really complaining.

Stayed in room with private bathroom. Basic, affordable, still clean, what wed expected. Can be a bit noisy from the street and nearby cathedral bells. Location is what sells this place. Receptionist was welcoming, no issues. There is an elevator.

Great location for everything in Pamplona. Our room was at the back, so quiet. A street front room might not be. Beds were decent. AC worked. The bar downstairs was nice for morning cafe con leches. Staff were very friendly.

Friendly hotel in fantastic location. Good, simple breakfast and some of the most interesting Tapas in the evenings. Parking is an issue but to be expected as hotel is in centre of town however you can park outside briefly to unload luggage. Definitely recommend.

Hemingway used to visit daily when he was staying here. It is a large and historic cafe on the main square with marble tabletops. It was full when we were there (Christmas Eve with a Christmas market in the square) so quite noisy. Definitely worth a look even if you don't stay.

Amazing coffee. You have to come here if a Hemingway admirer. He's located in the back room along with many old photos of him. Service was a little slow for a not busy day but you don't really come here for the food.

The cafe is large, and can be very busy and noisy, but fun too and has lots of seats out front on the plaza too. There's a great life-size Hemingway statue at the bar in the back.

Classically styled cafe, with a large bar, mirrors on the walls, and iron pillars supporting the tin ceiling. The service was good, and the coffee hit the spot. The room in the back has a statue of Hemingway standing by the bar. Neat historic cafe right off the Plaza Castillo.

Such a touristic trap, food was very basic and tasteless.
