Lovely family room with two separate bedrooms which was unexpected as I thought it would be extra beds in a big room. Only had breakfast deal but that was plentiful and enabled us to eat out in evenings Entertainment evenings was limited and most people seemed to go out Pool was lovely and lifeguard very attentive particularly with smaller children

Excellent customer service & very welcoming. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel, & the helpfulness of the staff. A special mention for Daniel the lifeguard, exceptional competence/awareness assisting myself on numerous occasions when I struggled with steps on existing the Jaquzzi.

Lovely Hotel, you don't pay 5 star prices so don't expect a 5 star hotel. What you do get however, is a wonderfully situated hotel, right next to the beach and town which has plenty of bars to occupy your nights with. Loads of nice restaurants and fairly cheap too. Average beer 3-4 euros. The hotel is nice. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, the pool is sound, not that a group of golfers used it...

bedding and towels were old - no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. Staff were brilliant though.

Our second stay here and the best features of the stay are the food, service staff, and location. We came with a group and the dining staff was never overwhelmed. Quick bussing of plates between helpings, eager to provide refreshments (water, wine, etc). The meals had good variety and, tho somewhat industrial, the food was both palatable and beautifully presented. Proximity to Mar Menor and local dining...

I like the truth clean calm good service

Good hotel and very clean. Perfect for the golf (not my cup of tea) but otherwise for kids it would be good. However there is nothing close so you need a car if you want to explore. Also the motorway is right outside and building work is going on down the road. Neither of these are the hotels fault.. I would stay here again when we visit the area next time.

Absolutely amazing and what was a massive bonus was no rushing for beds plenty of beds for everyone. Cleaning staff were absolutely amazing. Reception staff could do with brushing up on their manners very abrupt . Old guy in bar banged a lot while getting orders ready but was nice. Wouldn’t serve larger as was for all inclusive guests even though I was willing to pay price so had to settle for something...

Just back from this wonderful holiday. The whole family (2 adults & 2 kids) had a wonderful trip. The apartment was very clean, huge, great air con, great wifi and fantastic views of the pool with easy access to it. Was an absolutely lovely hotel,the room was amazing the bed was lovely I slept like a log. The spa was wonderful, the jacuzzi so nice and hot and the sauna and steamroom were both so lovely. The breakfast was really nice one of the best I've had for a long time. Would hands down recommend this hotel and the location was superb as everything a walking distance away.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, good facilities though not all available during December understandably. The one issue we had was the room was far too hot and the Aircon controls not appearing to work.

Good location great room few issues with the bathroom sink though but got fixed in the end

I have stayed at the Hotel 525 around 10 times due to its convenient location. This was the worst stay of those 10 - shower had mould - room was not particularly clean; there was noise from above ( not the Hotel's fault ). Breakfast was good but that was about it. I doubt I will stay again.

We stayed here right in the middle of the medieval festival which was set up all around the hotel and right up to the entrance. Below our window was a stall selling cow horns and the stall holder was blowing the horns all day and well into the night. The hustle and bustle was interesting for a couple of days but did impact on our stay so we feel we should have been advised that this was going on....

No water in the room and would not give me a plug for the bath so I had to buy one

Stayed here 6/7 times over the past few years. Great value for money, the staff are just the best especially Livio on the reception. Breakfast is good but can sometimes be quite cold.  The location is perfect for us, near the beach not as mad as the strip but busy with Spanish families. We’ll be back very soon

The hotel was great, the room was spectacular, the bed was extra large and very comfortable, the breakfasts were very complete and plentiful, and the staff were very friendly.

Modern Salacious clean room large bed good aircon fridge with water in. Lift to all floors. I would stop here again with no hesitation.

Great stay! A wonderful stay! I had a clean, tidy, spacious room, eitha good bed, a nice view from the terrace. The air-conditioning was super, and the ensuite was very good. There was a nice area for holding and taking food, and spacious storage Wonderful, warm, welcoming, friendly staff, who could not do enough for me. I'd definitely stay there again

Lovely hotel, building built in 1906 with lots of history, so it’s not modern. Right by the sea, lovely views from terrace & restaurant. My only complaint is that they did not explain they lock the building down at night and you have to use buzzed to get in. It took a few minutes to find the buzzer, all I instructions in Spanish!

We were so looking forward to staying here once again, but so disappointed with the standard this time, the tea and coffee was not replenished while we were there. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in places. This is the oldest Hotel in Murcia apparently its a shame

Quaint hotel, very Spanish, great food and an amazing location.

Very traditional and rooms very dated , can’t swing a cat in them. I don’t mind traditional, old fashioned but it needs to be clean which it wasn’t . Only a stand fan in room it got very hot. It needs a refresh . Cockroach (dead) outside our door on both mornings. The restaurant and courtyard are great and staff friendly and polite.

Great location but not great rooms Great location only a few metres from the sea. A few bars and restaurants nearby, as well as banks and supermarkets. Very old property, poor bathroom facilities and the mattress was worn and uncomfortable, ok for price but will pay more for a better experience at a better hotel next time.
