Hotel Ibersol Atrio del Mar in Los Alcazares

All the staff are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet has a good variety. We will return.

Perfect. Large, enormous room, like a 5-star hotel. Bathroom too... Sheets and towels provided in the wardrobe. Quite a complete breakfast buffet. If I return, it will be my first choice.

We stayed here right in the middle of the medieval festival which was set up all around the hotel and right up to the entrance. Below our window was a stall selling cow horns and the stall holder was blowing the horns all day and well into the night. The hustle and bustle was interesting for a couple of days but did impact on our stay so we feel we should have been advised that this was going on. Fortunately the hotel has its own parking as there was not a spare parking spot to be had anywhere in the area.
It is a typical town centre hotel with very basic facilities. Our balcony was narrow and sloped and looked out over a side street so was in the shade at all times.
the room was dated with laminate floor that had come up in parts. The bathroom had a leak from the room above, so water was coming down the walls and dripping from the overhead shower fixture. we reported it but no one seemed bothered. There was a kettle in the room with two coffee sachets and a coffee machine with two pods - they weren't refilled/replaced over the nights we were there. There was one small bottle of water in the room on arrival too. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and plenty of staff keeping on top of things. Reception staff were available 24 hours and were helpful but not intrusive. Other than the breakfast area and a very small reception there are no lounge areas. Overall the hotel was fine but not as luxurious as I had hoped for a 4 star.

No water in the room and would not give me a plug for the bath so I had to buy one

Stayed here 6/7 times over the past few years. Great value for money, the staff are just the best especially Livio on the reception.
Breakfast is good but can sometimes be quite cold. 
The location is perfect for us, near the beach not as mad as the strip but busy with Spanish families.

The hotel was great, the room was spectacular, the bed was extra large and very comfortable, the breakfasts were very complete and plentiful, and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent rooms and cleanliness, breakfast was very basic for a 4-star hotel, I wish a pool was included but overall good!

Great location, room with sea views and just a short walk to the beach. Clean and very comfortable room.

The hotel is located in the town hall square, a 5-minute walk from the beach and next to supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, and ice cream shops.
The buffet is varied and the staff is very friendly.
The rooms are spacious and bright. The mattresses are very comfortable.
The air conditioning works perfectly, keeping the room at a perfect temperature.
There is no pool, and at the moment (June), there are no activities for guests.
Parking in the area is not difficult, although you can hire the hotel's parking.
