Totally recommended! We stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The location is really nice, only a few minutes from the beach but they also have a pool. The staff and manager provided an excellent service, making sure everything is fine. They even provide laundry service. Breakfast was also very good.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. Here’s what went wrong:
• Bad service: every request took too long. Three days after check-in, we still hadn’t received all our clean bathroom towels, and for the pool we only got 2–3 towels for the five of us—often still wet.
• Very bad breakfast: there’s only one toaster for about 20 people, eggs come out every ten minutes (enough for just two diners), and fruit can take an hour to arrive. Easily the worst breakfast we had in Sri Lanka.
• Run-down rooms: the bed makes constant noise, there’s insufficient lighting, hot water is hit-or-miss, the fridge is moldy, and there’s no TV despite the booking photos. Also, the shower isn’t separated from the rest of the bathroom, so water goes everywhere.
• No room cleaning: housekeeping never showed up throughout our stay.
• Cloudy pool: the water wasn’t clear, so we skipped swimming altogether.

We had a nice stay! Clean swimming pool, close to the beach, friendly staff, nice A/C room, nice shower with hot water.
Some minor downsides: moldy smell in the mini fridge, toilet seat a bit dirty, no trash bin anywhere, a lot of mosquitoes.
We parked our rented tuktuk in front of the entrance and during the night the glove box compartment was forced open. Luckily we did not store anything inside so nothing’s stolen, just the lid is broken now. There is a camera hanging at the entrance but it was not possible to see the footages, also the staff did not really care. A bit strange.

Overall the stay was good.
Rooms, toilets, pool and communal areas were clean and tidy. Room was of a good size.
Breakfast was amazing. Great Sri Lankan spread and it was delicious.
Staff were always on hand to assist and help as much as possible. They even agreed to a much later check out for our group to allow us to enjoy our stay abit longer.
On the negative side, I would say the hotel is in need of some renovation or uplift. Many areas need repainting and improvements done to it.
Also we found there was quite a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms. Not sure what can be done but I think the hotel should look into it.
In any case we enjoyed our stay.

Worst place to spend a holiday! Rooms are not clean and bugs are all over the place. Even the pool is not maintained nor cleaned, there are bugs and insects even in the pool. The villa does not have a vehical accessible road. We had to walk through a path with lot of garbage on the side. Service is also very poor. We booked the whole villa for a weekend on full board basis and even called the manager couple of times and confirmed the date. But when we went there, nothing was prepared. They did not even accept their fault and did not care to return at least 50% of the advance payment. Worst experience ever.

This place was really nice and the service, communication should be appreciated. you can discuss anything with the staff.

Very nice place!!. The staff was really helpful and kind. The food was delicious too and the place was so calm and nice, felt like home. Clean rooms and washrooms. Specially the washrooms were really clean and spacious.

I can give a 5 star for Hotel location & rooms but apart from that this hotel is a Cheapest hotel I ever seen. They charge over 1500+ rupees for just providing a cutlery and plates. Hotel cashier guy is the father of negativity, he always told us to buy foods from outside. He isn’t supportive at all. He also said that you should bring mosquitoes killers and ice cubes from outside as well. He doesn’t have an eye contact while he was talking. Such a negative cheap fellow.
