rude as hell. no service. attitude. the bed linens u need to put it on your yourself. smells bad e.g like old folks home. lie to me that they have upgrade me? i have paid for a single person room-upgrade to a multiple beds bunk bed room. what kind of nonsense upgrade is that. super cold- i have to wear winter jacket as there is no way to turn on heating. the hotel is more like hostels or cheap motel.

Great value and location. Didn’t see a human workking at the hotel! Check in & out via computer. I couldn’t ask about WiFi and couldn’t make it work. Overall it was a good experience though!

Lovely little hotel. Shared toilets and showers but all good condition. Staff was lovely and looked after our package for us on check out day

Got an early checkin, please read at what time the receptionist will be there, and contact them if you need an exception. The receptionist is also very nice.

Room are clean, does not smell, blanket are warm enough even for a very cold day in Gothenburg.

Toilets are very clean.

You can cook your food here, very convenient especially if you stay for multiple nights

Will recommend this hostel to any on budget traveller.

Very good location, there are supermarkets nearby, lots of restaurants, and 10-15 minutes walk to Haga. The shared toilet was clean, however the rooms are a little small.
