Quality Hotel Grand Falun

Ok rooms but needs some TLC. Very good breakfast and very good service both in reception and breakfast. Asked for no cleaning, but room was cleaned one of three days anyway.

I stayed here for the duration of the Sabaton Open Air, and the hotel was booked full. The location isn't too far away, about 35 minutes of walking, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There's a high fee for smoking, so be sure not to smoke inside the building. In our room there was a coffee machine and free coffee which is very nice. I enjoyed my stay here.

Very clean room with a comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel location was central and close to the train station The only thing that wasnt 5 out of 5 stars was breakfast buffet. Food selection was a bit lacking compared to competitor hotels in the same price range.

The Thon crew know how to make good hotels!

Good service, clean rooms, just weak wifi.

Centrally located in Falun. Great breakfast! Lots of shops nearby and tourist help across the street.

Very nice restaurant, good healthy quality food, superfriendly and nice staff

One of the more modern Scandic Hotels close to the ski jump. Takes about 5 minutes by car to go downtown Falun. Staff very friendly and service minded.

This hotel is beautiful on the inside. Large and comfortable rooms with amazingly comfy beds that are reclining. Huge clean bathroom, tons of electric outlets in the room. The lobby and restaurant is also very stylish with plenty of space, yet gives a cozy atmosphere with lighting and a fireplace. The food at dinner was great, and there was a huge selection at breakfast. Something for everyone! ...

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the reception team was always polite, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. A smile and some kindness pays off This is the kind of hotel where i’m willing to drive an extra 75 km in order to come back. Especially because of the personal at the reception. This is a lovely hotel but what makes it particularly special is the buffet dinner which was delicious (and different) both nights we stayed.

Mycket trevlig personal, god mat, fin frukost!

Good location and parking space. Breakfast selection was quite limited. Dinner was about what you would expect. Pillows could be upgraded för something bigger and plusher.

Welcoming staff, nice rooms, good breakfast. I like this place!

What a fantastic stay in this hotel. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were always greeted with friendly, helpful staff, whether it be answering our queries or just saying a friendly hello as we passed. The services offered were amazing- free tea, coffee, cold water and fruit and the breakfast catered for all tastes. Thank you for a great stay.

The breakfast buffé really impressed me! So many vegan options. Recommend!

The hotel looks like it need some upgrades. The feeling of the corridors and rooms are that worn.
