Extremely small room and the bed was full of hair, looked like dog hair. Went down and told the front desk and got a shallow excuse and a new room. No upgrade or anything to compensate for having to deal with this just before going to bed.

What a fantastic stay in this hotel. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were always greeted with friendly, helpful staff, whether it be answering our queries or just saying a friendly hello as we passed. The services offered were amazing- free tea, coffee, cold water and fruit and the breakfast catered for all tastes.

The hotel was worn down, dirty and out dated. We were there in July and the hotel didn’t have AC and it was miserable. The rooms were probably over 90 degrees and so was the common areas. The service was friendly but extremely slow.

A hotel as it should be
It’s an older hotel, but the interiors have been renovated. My room was quite spacious and included a sofa seating area. It had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy!
I especially appreciated the entrance area of the room, where there was a bench designed for multiple purposes — a clever touch.
Summer has just begun in Sweden, and the room was a bit warm. I found myself sweating at night due to the thick and cozy duvets. An air conditioner would have made a big difference.
Unfortunately, water from the shower leaked into the toilet area. It dried up after a day, but the large gap beneath the glass wall caused the issue.
Overall, I would definitely return! It was a pleasant stay with a wonderful breakfast selection and a lovely seating area.

Not great.
Great location, room is tied and needs a renovation.very disappointed we stayed three nights with no room cleaning or replenishing.
