You can get a ferry in a 5 minute walk as well. There is a garage for parking cars at a rate of 10 SEK/H 24h (less price from 00:00 - 04:00. Garage closes at 20:00 and you can get a code from the front desk

Travelled with my mum for a spa weekend. Beautiful hotel and located conveniently. The hot tubs were nice too.
However the hotel has screens with timing of the nearest boats, and free handy maps. The reception stuff is very helpful and all are English speaking. I loved the hotel hair conditioner
It is on the verge it is a ”window facing coridor” situation as the only thing one see is into a different building a few meters away. Tv system was not functioning in my room, it crashed every 10 minutes
Perfect location, it’s inside the airport, so you no need to go outside. Will book this hotel again next time.
Then they force a membership on me at checkin even if I decline based on their actions to not recognise their members… The roms are quite dated worn and offer absolutley no wiev
The bedding was incredibly comfortable; even as a light sleeper, I had a great night's rest. Despite being right by the airport, the soundproofing is excellent – I couldn't hear any plane noise while sleeping
Great for a layover. Located in Terminal 5, it's about a 7-minute walk to Terminal 2. Breakfast was decent; not quite as good as what you'd find downtown, but for an airport, it gets the job done.

Location: The hotel is in a good location. From the airport, you can take a cheap bus and train to the city train station (you can use the SL day card). It takes about ten minutes to walk to the hotel
The core area of the old town, the historic hotel, managed by Hyatt, with online service, it is worth considering when visiting Stockholm for the first time. The old town attractions are all within walking distance.
The room was appropriate for the price and didn't feel too small. The breakfast was generally of high quality, although the lack of dishes that could be ordered was a negative point
Even with that in mind, it was an extremely satisfying stay overall

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was a pain to access with the card as it seemed to be very temperamental. Parking was fine, as a larger van we had to park in the outdoor car park, but our room key opened gate

This is a gorgeous property! I have stayed at a few hotels in Gävle from the USA and this place has been my favorite! The breakfast is fantastic, the room was the best in town! Will stay again!

The room was very quiet and clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They also have free laundry and dryers, and you can easily leave your luggage there. Both check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Need a place to stay for a night due to the terrible roads (very slippery). The staff at the front desk is always available and welcoming. The room is not big but very cozy with a comfortable temperature

We forgot an item in the room, the staff is very accommodating and helpful even after we've left. I would come back to stay here again just for the sake of the pool

The hotel bar was closed due to renovation. Everything's just a bit dated, and I can understand that they want to renovate. The spa area was nice for the kids
I couldn't figure out how to get the sauna hot - might have been a user error. Walkable to Tom Tit's, the main street and the train station
Our only down point was the pool opening hours as it would have been nice to have a swim at 8am before having breakfast and checking out
Heads up you need to book a suite to get a single bed but the price is reasonable even for a suite. Probably the best hotel in Ostersund. Very comfortable bed once I got a king bed
The staff’s are very welcoming and friendly and helped us about the problem we had in our room. But as you can see in the pictures I uploaded that we had an extra sofa bed and it’s not properly cleaned
So the lady namely EMMA came and bring some extra towels and bedsheets for the sofa bed. EMMA vacuumed the sofa bed and I also help her to hold the big pillows so she can vacuum it properly
so I call already in the reception desk to ask them to do something for it and I’m asked if I want to change room, but i didn’t change room because there’s a lot of things to be transferred into a new one
And after that I did the job to put the bedsheets in the sofa bed. A big THANK YOU TO EMMA who handle the problem professionally. you should be lucky of having this kind of staff in your hotel
The hotel's location was great, right next to the station, and it was only a 10-15 minute walk from Stottholm Central Station, making it extremely convenient for coming from the airport!
Stottholm Palace and the World Heritage Site of Garamstan are both just a 15-20 minute walk away, so we didn't have to take the train and could do all our sightseeing on foot!

Rooms are on the basement level. You may feel vibration when sleeping as the hotel is close to a metro station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is simple but tastes good. Overall I had a pleasant stay
I loved staying at this hotel! The room was basic but clean and everything you need when traveling. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel as it is also a cafe and felt really safe there as a female solo traveller

I stayed at Spar for 3 nights when I was in GB for work

The hotel has a lovely terrace, shuffleboard in reception and is only 100 m from the tram into town (12 minutes) or down to the ferry and lovely trip around the southern archipelago
The shower doors are too big so they hit the toilet and sink. Replace them with a shower wall?

Nice hotel in this price category. Excellent front office, good breakfast, clean, straight forward rooms. The shower in a small elevated bathtub is not my favorite solution but again for what it is it definitely works.
Charming and kind staff, in fact, it is awesome. The reception is open 24/7 and has a limited bar and sandwiches. Free Swedish afternoon papers. One quite small outdoor pool and bubble pool, a sauna, and a gym

Nice, quite new and clean rooms. Good sauna and jacuzzi. They have a pool outside which is very nice but is obviusly closed during cold seasons. Recommend to stay
The downsides would be the distance to the metro (especially with luggage) and a heating system that dries up the air, all three of us had to wake up many times at night to go and drink water ( this is in winter time obviously)
It is very clean and we saw plenty of staff keeping up the standard. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the nearest metro, there are a few bars on route to the metro. The bar in the hotel are hotel prices but nice place
There is a nice quite feel to the hotel and the Christmas decorations really made this place lovely. The in house museum you can past away the time for an hour or so, quite small ask the receptionist for the door code
We are a couple that stayed here in November 2021. Place is great - it is quite fresh, located in a quite place with water and park around. It is not central and rooms are quite small (those were prison cells before)
There's a public beach just by the gate, and a large parking area. If anyone needed that information, the bathrooms have hair dryers, which is not mentioned in the facilities part of the hotel description
Breakfast was very nice, lots of choices with some different flavours too. Eat what you want and when done Return your tray/plates, this seems common in Sweden, or well the ones we went too

I am not a pet owner but this little detail will warm the cockles of any dog owner's heart - the doggo welcome corner by the lifts across the aisle from the reception, with a bit of water and some dry nosh
The location could not be more central in the heart of Gothenburg. The hotel is a stone's throw from both the train and bus stations and walking distance from tons of restaurants and shops
