Elite Palace Hotel & Spa in Stockholm

Great spa, wonderful breakfast.

Definitely premium, there’s some differences from the normal rooms. Upgraded bathroom and furnitures. Good breakfast spread.

The hotel had a variety of pillows to choose from, which was a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast selection was average, though not particularly extensive. However, the pool was disappointingly expensive for a family of four, costing around 600 kr per person. In most hotels I've visited, the sunroom and jacuzzi are free to guests, and their hours are extended, rather than just 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The front desk staff at the hotel were very friendly. They offered to change my room because I was not satisfied with the room type. They were also very accommodating when there were no other room types available for the first two nights. The hotel is very new and clean.

Exceptional Service and Memorable Stay at Elite Palace Hotel

Our recent stay at the Elite Palace Hotel in Stockholm was nothing short of amazing, and we owe much of it to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Despite the hotel being busy during our visit, the reception team, especially Julia, went above and beyond to assist us. Her kindness and efficiency were truly appreciated, particularly when my daughter’s boyfriend fell seriously ill with food poisoning from his flight. Julia ensured we had everything we needed during a stressful time, and her professionalism and empathy made all the difference.

The housekeeping staff also deserves a special mention for their attentiveness and care. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well-supported throughout our stay.

The hotel itself is a gem—spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. We were also fortunate to enjoy the New Year’s Eve dinner at the hotel restaurant, where the staff was incredibly hospitable and made the evening truly special.

One of the standout features of the Elite Palace Hotel is its gym. As frequent travelers, we can confidently say it’s one of the best hotel gyms we’ve seen in Sweden—well-equipped and perfect for maintaining a fitness routine during a stay.

This was my first time staying at such a wonderful hotel. The quality of the hotel was also good and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. The price was also very reasonable.

Generally speaking, I am quite satisfied with the hotel. It is large and clean, with rich breakfast varieties and good hotel services. The downside is that the room space (twin room) is relatively small, the facilities are not new enough, and the heating is not very strong. If you feel cold, you can ask the front desk for a heater (it is relatively small).
