This is very nice hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Location is excellent and this is a major advantage. Breakfast is good, less options for veg. Salad could be more richer at least.

Rooms seem to be freshly renovated which is nice. WIndows seemed to be unopenable which is a shame. The variety at the breakfast buffet seems to cover all bases with the added touch of pancakes. Very good location with many shops near by.

The rooms on the first floor always have a short flight of stairs, which wasn't ideal for us with a stroller. However, the service was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the location. We would definitely consider coming again.

The hotel is in a great location. There's a large park in front of the hotel, which also has a playground. It's a 15-minute walk to the city center. The rooms have a view and good ventilation. I had my dog with me and he got two bones a place to sleep on and water bowls. He was allowed into the restaurant. We had dinner the first night there and lovely food, staff was great and so was service at front desk and restaurant. This hotel was good, the rooms also perfect, comfortable beds! Very nice breakfast! This hotel is perfect if you just need to stay somewhere not so expensive. It got some stores nearby which makes it perfect for a walk tour. Also that it has free parking it’s extra stars! I fully recommend it.

Good location, spaces in a carpark, shopping centre close, few places to eat around the hotel, in the hotel maybe not very modern rooms but still comfortable, clean and well equipped with all things helping for a short break. This place is gorgeous. The ferry stop is right outside the hotel to get across to central Stockholm. The hotel is clean, and the view is unbelievable. Staff very friendly, and breakfast buffet is the best Ive ever seen. My only complaint is the lack of amenities around this area. There is nowhere to eat but the hotel. You need to go into central Stockholm for any restaurants or shopping.

Great place a short ferry ride from everything An excellent hotel a short ferry ride from central Stockholm, the museums, and nature walks, all visible from the hotel itself. We encountered an external noise problem, which they remedied by moving and upgrading us to a suite.

We could not figure out how to get hot water in the shower until our last day. Finally the front desk sent help before we checked out. Also, I was charged twice for the room and it took a while to get that straightened out. Breakfast was fabulous!

The room over all was pretty good except for the fact that we could hear people's chatter from our neighbouring room. Also each time someone next to our room closed or opened thier door, we could feel and hear the thud inside the room.

The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness and organization. The reception staff were exceptionally courteous, and the establishment offered amenities including a gym and a sauna. It is located approximately a thirty-minute metro journey from the city center. I would highly recommend it to others.

The room was a little on the small side, but it was well-equipped with all the essential facilities. The breakfast spread was excellent. We stayed for several nights, and the kids were very happy. Housekeeping was diligent, tidying our room every day. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is worth the money. However, there are two substantive comments that greatly spoil the impression. Firstly, no mini bar and minimal tea set. For 4 stars is simply unacceptable. Especially in winter, in cold weather. Second, cold in the room. The feelings, 17-18 degrees, not more. The battery was set at maximum. A very nice hotel very close to the train station. The hotel is in a very nice charming old building. It is a historical building transformed into a hotel over the years. So the hotel is not very conventional and there are some small and long passages. But all the walkways are carpeted and there are two small but antique elevators. I had a wonderful time here! A very well maintained and accessible hotel within walking distance from Odenplan station, with a supermarket just next door. The front desk staff were all very approachable and helpful. My room was sparkling clean and I love that there was a smart TV. The breakfast buffet was also amazing! Good hotel but have to walk about 10 mins (which is a lot) during wintry weather.

We understand what to expect from European hotels when traveling and generally aren't demanding. However, I was quite puzzled why our towels weren't changed during our two-day stay, as they were already completely wet after the first day's use.

Booked it for my mom, she was overall very happy and praised the room, building atmosphere, location and breakfast options but had some issues with traffic noise some nights. I stayed during the same time in a room facing the inner courtyard and had 0 issues so might be worth thinking about if youre not a heavy sleeper.

They didn’t change the sheets on my bed during my entire stay. There was a small sign that sayed if I want to keep the sheets then place the sign on the bed. I didn’t place it on the bed but still they didn’t change the sheets. I know The sheets weren’t changed because my suitcase accidentally made it slightly dirty the first day when I unpacked and the dirt remained every day when I got back.
