Everything perfect except the bed pillow which is too hard

One night stay on business trip No frills hotel, great friendly staff that understood my needs. My room was just a bit dated but would stay again.

Good for us location and also not a long walk to town center. Ok size room and bath for 3 people, not the best storage but everything in good shape and well cleaned. Good staff, quiet at night and no issues during the stay. Awesome breakfast options. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Cheap and quiet hotel The rooms were hot, there were fans provided and windows could be opened but a proper aircon machine would’ve been nice. The rooms were clean but bit old. The lack of minifridge was surprise too. Breakfast was okay. The location was bit far but the neighbourhood was quiet.

Beautiful hotel in general, and the rooms felt very luxurious and had a lot of character. Lots of counter space in the bathroom with large well-lit mirrors, very comfortable bedding with down duvets/ pillows, and a lot of natural light (plus a great view). The staff at The Sparrow were extremely pleasant and helpful. They were able to provide us excellent dining options and helped us with local directions. They room was a big surprise. It was much larger than we expected. The beds were comfy and we slept amazing. Check-in and departure were quick and easy. They made a beautiful hotel even better.

The hotel does not serve breakfast during the weekend and on Monday. The location of the hotel is good, however, the whole place really looks like from another time with its dark furniture and style. It´s close to Kista metro and Helenelund train station.

The staff person at the reception was very helpful: I had arrived quite early after a transatlantic flight, well before check-in time. He not only found a room for me by 10 am, but personally delivered the room key while I was working in the lounge area. Bring a sleep mask to block out the very bright thermostat display.

Hotel is ok and the staff is friendly, but it has seen its better days. It needs renovation, especially the windows which are not properly sealed and one in my friends room even leaked the rain water.

Cozy little hotel with a very central location. Close to a lot of culture like the Royal Palace and all the alleys in Gamla Stan. Across the street, boats depart to Djurgården with Gröna Lund, Skansen and museums like Wasa.

The room was super small. Just enough to move with out window. Though there is a fan and a kettle there are no near by plug points. The breakfast was sumptous and the staff incuding the waiters was super friendly,courteous and always waiting to help you. Hope the lacunae I mentioned is fixed next time I visit you.

The location of the hotel was very good, and the staff were extremely friendly. The complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. Although the rooms were a bit small, they were clean and well organized. The breakfast was rich and varied. We will definitely choose this place again when we return to Stockholm.

Good hotel but not modern. It’s the perfect place for a cozy stay in the old town. Friendly staff, decent (Swedish quality) breakfast. Recommended unless you’re looking for a lot of amenities in a modern chain hotel and a truly top international breakfast.

It's very convenient to go anywhere in the city center, but it's a pity that the weather is bad.

It is near the Old Town subway station. There are elevators at the entrances and exits of the nearby subway stations, which is very convenient as you don't have to carry luggage. A hotel with a very period feel, on Zoo Island. Although the room is a little smaller, it has complete facilities and a great environment. There are many museums around and are worth a visit.

The surrounding environment is really good, including parks and museums. Tram Line 7 and the ferry are about 8 minutes' walk away. The breakfast is also delicious and the front desk service is also very good! All in all, a very satisfying stay!

Loved the architecture, and the fact that it was built in the first few years of 1900. The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. A beautiful slott just under 30 minutes from Stockholm, perfect for weddings with 80-100 guests. Surrounded by lush greenery, charming garden behind the castle. Wonderful setting for ceremonies—including the option of a garden ceremony. The food is good. Atmosphere is quiet and romantic.
