None of that mattered to me, although it was nice to see dogs in the hotel. The staff were warm, friendly and always very helpful. Should I ever be in Stockholm again, I would stay there.

Fantastic hotel, with great breakfast and very nice staff. The location is superb. I highly recommend this hotel to stay for both business and leisure trips.

The nearby Skansen Amusement Park, Nordic Museum, Gnalund Amusement Park, and ABBA Museum are all within walking distance. The hotel is elegantly designed and the breakfast is rich

I’ll start with the location- the hotel is situated on djurgarden island which consists of Stockholm’s best walking trails - prins eugens, rosendal, the bay and the woods- all are wonderful options for a nice walk

Nice stage at the Backstage hotel. Nice hotel and had a good stay. Arrived early and had to speak to the manager to get a room cleaned so we could get some sleep. We would stay closer to the city center next time.

Good place to stay. Near Skansen, which was good when celebrating midsummer there. Not fare to go home to afterwards. Good breakfast and friendly service personal.

Room on first floor a above museum. Good size room not much hanging space. Sliding door to Juliet balcony. Close to lots of attractions ferry or tram to city

Lovely room, only failings are no shower mat/towel and there were a few unsightly stains and damage to the rooms. Service wise, whether it be the breakfast room, reception or room servicing it was all exemplary

Very good relation of price and what you get. Had a construction site in front of our window and got a new and very quiet room without any complications.

It was near the train, so that's good. It was a nice hotel with very helpful personal there, and their breakfast I really liked. And we could book the sauna for ourselves (me and the lady) for 1 hour. 👍👍 kimppa.t

Sure Hotel by Best Western Stockholm Älvsjö er et helt ok hotell med enkel standard. Beliggenheten er svært praktisk, rett ved togstasjonen og Stockholmsmässan.

The front desk was available even at late hours, so I was able to check in without any problems. The room had twin beds, but it was still only about 5 tatami mats (or smaller?)

I genuinely loved every moment spent here. They also serve one of the best espressos I’ve ever had, and even the preparation itself feels like a special experience

The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable! The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. Staff is incredibly service minded

We had a an amazing stay at Hotel Frantz! The location unbeatable as you’ve got easy access to all the sights in Stockholm. There’s plenty of great restaurants, cafes and shops just a short walk from the hotel

The food was phenomenal: delicious, diverse, and clearly prepared with great care. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable

I'm a pretty demanding traveller and usually have a lot of requests, but they were all met without any issues, and I deeply appreciate the work of every staff member, especially David at the reception

It is a bit scary if you accidentally glance at it at night, but the layout of the hotel is still very interesting. The breakfast is in the basement and the atmosphere is very good

Although the rooms are small, but the coziness and the decor is save everything! The room has everything you need (including bathrobes and a full set of gels and shampoo, as well as a great double bed)

Excellent setting on a lake. 10-minute walk to Metro and then 3 stops (10 minutes) to center of city. Very helpful staff.

Got a room towards a have traffic road. View from the restaurant was nice but construction work going on outside so you could see anything. Breakfast good but selection too small

Great staff, location right next to the skating, restaurant had a great food and ambiance. Note: we had a room on the top floor facing out, while small was unique in positive ways and also very quiet

This is an excellent hotel, especially if it is your first time in Stockholm. It is centrally located and just a 15-20 min walk to almost anything you want to do

The room is big enough, the bathroom, too. The shower is actually pretty big. The windows are very good, so you hear pretty much nothing. And there is a free coffemachine downstairs

This’s a good hotel for my first stay in Sweden. Hotel is provided all the things I need and even you can buy from Coop. The breakfast here with lots of choice to eat

I had a wonderful stay. It was super well isolated and so it was really quiet.The staff were nice and the breakfast incredible! So much options. And the most appreciated by me was the coffee machine available all day !

We loved the self service coffee and hot chocolate, as well as pastries. My daughter loved watching daily sunrise at the rooftop terrace

The room was spacious (we are 3 pax) but a tad cold for us who came from the tropics. When I gave feedback about this, I was given an extra radiator for the room. There was a lot of variety it's amazing

Very good value hotel with excellent breakfast and convenient transportation connected to the down town (metro) and airport (flybus). There are supermarkets, restaurants nearby.

Everything is good apart from their lift. Broke down since day 1 arrival, if you have many luggage bags, you will need to walk up the staircase. Luckily, I am staying on the 2nd floor, still not bad without a lift

Great location, convenient transportation

It's located near the downtown area, so it's convenient with supermarkets, restaurants, trains, buses, etc. The room I stayed in was in the semi-basement, so it was a little dark

The bathroom and other areas were very spacious, and there was a desk where you could do some light work, so I had a comfortable stay

When you spread out your suitcase, the walking space becomes quite narrow, but I think it won't be a problem if you're staying alone

The room was very quiet and clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They also have free laundry and dryers, and you can easily leave your luggage there. Both check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Great location right in the city center, perfect for city walks and not far from the subway. It's also easy to get to from the airport. The hotel is very clean and offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is good, 10-15 mins walk from cityterminalen. The staff are all very friendly and nice:) Would love to stay in this hotel again when I comeback to Stockholm

Good location Overall experience was great. Some issues with road noise due to overly loud cars. Dan in bathroom was very dusty and at times blew dust round the bathroom. Overall though very clean and comfortable

Loved the architecture, and the fact that it was built in the first few years of 1900. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. The gal taking care of the food was very friendly

Good location, close to central (about 15-20 minutes walk). The only downside is exorbitant parking prices.

Pedestrianised street 100m away as well as the main road of Sveavagen within 5 minutes walk where you can find the metro station, Coop, and any number of bars and restaurants

Ask about the gym and sauna that is provided by a nearby facility. All in all 100% if you don’t want to be in the old town and like a wander

It's not far from the main commercial street, about a 10-15 minute walk. It's a bit of a distance from the central station. The room was decent, and the bathroom was quite large and spacious

Our experience was great. The hotel is right in the middle of the city: 10 min from T-Centralen, 10 min from Odenplan and very close to all the big spot in Stockholm. The service was good as were the room. Cant complain!

Beds are extremely comfortable, but truthfully most beds in the Scandinavian countries I’ve been to are. Remember, there is no air conditioning. We just asked for another fan and we were fine

Heat was emitting from the bathroom…too hot for the month of June! Staff are friendly and Jonatan was my favourite! He was always friendly and gave us some really good tourists attractions recommendations

Again, kudos to the staff there who made the stay more pleasant despite the lack of AC and the loud city noise. Location is great and close to the metro station and even walking distance to central station

The buffet breakfast is fantastic and variety is great. Housekeeping came by everyday too and it was nice to return to a clean room every evening after a long day out and about

Much queueing and hovering for tables going on. Safety is good, with a key entry system at the front gates and the area itself is always busy. Lots of decent restaurants and shops only a short distance away

I was on a business trip, and I had a lot of luggage and a heavy suitcase. The elevator only went to the second floor, so I had to climb the stairs to get to the third. It was incredibly inconvenient and the worst

There is a pleasant small side room where one can sit to read and relax, but nowhere else. Breakfast is adequate but the room in which it is served is not really sufficient for the numbers on a weekend

This is a very quaint and historic place to stay, and it does have atmosphere. However, the single room I stayed in had nowhere, apart from one hanging rail, to put any clothes

OK, for one night maybe but not for several. Maybe a bigger room would have had this facility? Not sure. No safe in room either, and very little space in the room

Super friendly and helpful staff. Train/metro station very nearby and a bus stop even closer. Across the street there is a supermarket. You can also buy drinks & snacks at the hotel. Room and bathroom we're excellent too

Stockholm's attractions are quite concentrated, most of them within a 20-30 minute walk from the hotel, which is pretty convenient. Room: We booked a double suite, which was very spacious

My stay was good and the food was delicious as well. It is a little far to the downtown, it will take around 40 minutes on foot. I tried once to walk from hotel to old city center which it had good view along with ocean.
