Truly magical experience! We stayed over the Christmas period in a family room. Attention and service of the staff was amazing - everyone genuinely warm, friendly and attentive. We simply went to this hotel for the fondue. The classic dish was served to perfection and was created at the table side. A little bit of theatre. It was worth the taxi ride from our hotel for the experience. Tania, our waitress and guide through the evening was amazing. Thank you for helping me to make retirement memories of the happiest kind.

We stayed at the Hotel Lenzerhorn for 2 nights  – the staff at Reception were very friendly and we felt very welcomed as guests. The location of the hotel is perfect. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a splendid view of the mountains. Our second time in this hotel while on a ski holiday for a few days. The location is excellent, opposite the PostBus station. There are several in-house options for meals, and a good wellness centre with pools, jacuzzi, saunas, etc. A great asset are the staff, most of whom are friendly, professional and informed. However, someone should train them to know that Irish visitors like their breakfast tea...

This property is a gem. And so is the staff. Anja at the front desk was so accomadating. With kids they gave us a cute room with enough space for 2 adults and and 2 kids. The only thing is they don't have AC which make sense with the weather there but gave us enough fans. Great stay at Sunstar hotel Another great stay at Sunstar hotel, Lenzerheide. Great service from check in staff. Very clean & comfortable hotel with easy access to restaurants, buses & Lenzerheide town a short walk away.

Excellent service, even offered to keep the kitchen open for our late arrival.

The value over price, is not there, too expensive. Food was same entire week, even a la carte was not changed with very small choices and very sweet. Breakfast was the same every day with small to no room for improvement. Reservation for dinner moved because we were not enough. We should have been more than 3 in order to keep the reservation for dinner. The staff was friendly, no question there.

Family hotel with exceptional location for sports, especially country skiing , perfect food and beverage, nice wellness, improved in recent years, bus station for skiing near the hotel, clean and well repaired

Jamie and team are clearly dedicated to excellence! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were welcomed so warmly and treated like family. The facilities of the hotel are luxurious and the food and beverage offerings outstanding! I absolutely recommend this Hotel and if I could I would give this property and its team 10 stars! In my opinion this is the best Family Hotel of Switzerland (summer and winter), but also wonderful for peace loving couples. If you come with children, and they will look after them. The hotel is nice, situted at the beginning of the village of Lenzerheide. The skibus stops in front of the hotel, which is great in winter. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and fonctional. Breakfast was good. All in all, a good place to stay in Lenzerheide.

The hotel is very clean and neat, the staff are very attentive and polite. The breakfast includes multiple options and also local products, coffee is also great. There is a bar where you can chill in the evening and also good restaurant choices nearby. For bigger families however note that there are no options for triple rooms or family rooms, so you will need to get separate doubles

Very convenient location for children's ski school. Facilities for storing sports equipment was good. The rooms were comfortable and everything was simple and worked well. Breakfast followed the same pattern of good and simple. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

We came as a group, Christoph and Benjamin at the front desk were extremely helpful, made our check-in smooth, accommodated us at the bar with efficiency and friendliness. Christoph helped the group adjust the dinner menu at the restaurant next-door. The staff really walked extra miles to make our stay wonderful! Thanks so much!

Nice spacious and it seems recently renovated rooms. Super comfy bed and nice pillows, which somehow in Switzerland are normally not very puffy. Very friendly staff. Advised on really good place to go for dinner. Nice buffet for breakfastalso with gluten free breakfast.

Just an amazing place for a vacation and getaway to get a true mountain Swiss countryside feeling. The staff friendliness and hotel amenities are a class above what you will find anywhere. Pristine…my wife fell in love with the place and we want to travel back when possible. Brought back sweet memories from 30years ago when I spent time near Lenzerheide in Parpan.

Excellent breakfadt continental and cooked scrambled eggs and bacon Gluten free available on request. Easy parking and amazing room with stove and fridge. We were in the annex building across the road. Lock up garage parking spa open till 8pm.

Views were amazing for the price I paid

If you're a nature lover, then this hotel would be the most wonderful place to stay in. What a view on the Alps, with fresh air and very friendly staff. I definitely recommend the hotel

Awesome hotel! Hospitality, cozy!

We’ve just discovered a new favorite in Guarda Val. The breathtaking views, stunning nature, and beautifully designed rooms were only surpassed by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The cozy atmosphere made it feel instantly like home, and we left already planning our return. We’ve been telling friends about it—and their response was unanimous: ‘So jealous!’

Maiensaess was over the top I was expecting. Hotel facilities was beautiful. Restaurants especially the 6- and 3- course dinner was exquisite. Was fantastic and memorable. Service staff was very professional and friendly. Spa service was wonderful with the massage and the soak bath I enjoyed so much. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could stay longer. This place was one of the most - if not the MOST - incredible places I've stayed in the whole world. Everything was exceptional. The way it was like a little village, the staff, the room, the various amazing baths, the spa, the buffet breakfast, the coffee/cake buffet every day, the activities that were organised, the free shuttle to the slopes... just perfect.

Views of the mountains and the surrounding area was fantastic.

I'm coming to Lenzerheide for over 30 years now and I think this is the best restaurant to have lunch. Food, staff and the view are excellent.

Right off the slopes at Scalottas, very clean environment with gorgeous views over the mountains. Local Alpen Food with some elaboration. Try their Rösti with Speck and ei or the one with Salmon. Desert are also a delight and home made.

The service was decent and pretty fast. Like all restaurants in the area the prices were relatively high, but the restaurant makes up for it with it's view and location.

Travelled from Zurich Airport by trains to Chur and then bus using the reliable Swiss system. A short walk up the hill from the Rothorn Gondola Station from where we collected our lift passes and my skis from Pesko Sports. Excellent reception by Chris, especially his advice to go to Maluo's for afternoon cake! All the staff were very good, both in the cozy bar and the restaurant. Made us very welcome...

My 5 year old daughter and I stayed at the hotel. We always felt welcome with every interaction we had there. The room was very comfortable and the location is excellent for ski in/out. The price vs quality was also excellent. The restaurant was very busy for dinner but i ate 3 evenings there and each meal was great. This hotel is great. Perfect location, ski in, ski out. The service is great, rooms are very nice and the restaurant food is very good! And the price is very reasonable. I stayed there with a friend and we had a great time skiing.

This time I was only for 2 nights at the Dieschen. It was a great stay, all to my satisfaction. Breakfast tip top. Overall everything was great! Will definitely be back. Room newly renovated, I liked it.
