I did not sleep too well on the mattress, but my back is quite delicate so that happens in most hotels.
The hotel overall has the Charme of 60s apartment block and the pictures online were not representative of our experience. The location is not idyllic - albeit convenient if you want to walk to the city or to the lake.
We also had to park ~1km away - not a big issue, but certainly inconvenient.
Overall a VERY poor price performance ratio.
Another great stay at Sunstar hotel, Lenzerheide. Great service from check in staff. Very clean & comfortable hotel with easy access to restaurants, buses & Lenzerheide town a short walk away.
