My overall experience with Waldpark was positive. The staff was friendly despite the language barrier, and getting a ski pass at the hotel was very convenient. A pretty big drawback was the low-slanted sealing on the top-floor rooms. I could only stand tall on one side of the room, and the rest of the time, I had to be hunched over. Staying recently at this amazing hotel, he had the opportunity to have an apartment fully furnished for two people with an amazing view on the Alps. The sound of the river and the cows bells whas very relaxed, remaind me of the childhood. The fresh air has his point as well. The staff was amazing, very friendly and always helpful and available.

Had 3 rooms to host my family during our ski vacation early March. My wife and I have been staying also during summertime the past years. Summer or winter - the hotel is the best place in town to stay: Wonderful rooms (modern alpine style) with great views over the mountains, best location in town, the Zegg family own and run the hotel making you feel at home, wonderful breakfast, beautiful pool area...

Very kind and service-oriented family-owned hotel, which offers great opportunities to relax (quiet area, beautiful swimming pool, very nice spa area, including relaxation room). The hotel itself looks very charming as well (both outside & inside) and it is very well maintained. I appreciate very much the owners' friendliness and will gladly come back (when we find again availability) :)

We had a wonderful stay. The room and all the amenities were perfect. The breakfast was extensive and fresh. It's a family-run business, and they really make it feel that way. We have not been to the hotel for many years and the first time, since it is rebuild to a 5 star hotel. It was very nice also before, but now it is just perfect. Rooms (we had the Turmsuite, it was the best room for us since long time), hospitality, cleanness, food quality, service, welllness, etc.... everything just perfect.

Everything is excellent. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was always first-class. All the facilities are excellent.

Very clean and high quality hotel, staff is very friendly. Food is quite good, we mostly dined at La Miranda. I'd say that half board is worth it. Free e-bikes are great. That's said, staff is quite unprofessional and doesn't fit the "Luxury hotel" description. Multiple cases that something was forgotten (water ordered to the room, car parked) or mistaken (wrong order at breakfast multiple times)...
