We had a wonderful stay. The room and all the amenities were perfect. The breakfast was extensive and fresh. It's a family-run business, and they really make it feel that way. Little luxury hotel hidden away on the east end of Switzerland. Spectacular views all around. There is ski slope right beside the hotel for those who love to ski Service is good Multiple restaurants in the hotel. The food was really tasty. Breakfast, tea time & fiber was provided. Upgraded us to a suite. Lucky us. The interior of the room itself is beautiful & comfortable. Need more nights there...

We have not been to the hotel for many years and the first time, since it is rebuild to a 5 star hotel. It was very nice also before, but now it is just perfect. Rooms (we had the Turmsuite, it was the best room for us since long time), hospitality, cleanness, food quality, service, welllness, etc.... everything just perfect.

Very clean and high quality hotel, staff is very friendly. Food is quite good, we mostly dined at La Miranda. I'd say that half board is worth it. Free e-bikes are great. That's said, staff is quite unprofessional and doesn't fit the "Luxury hotel" description. Multiple cases that something was forgotten (water ordered to the room, car parked) or mistaken (wrong order at breakfast multiple times)...
