We have not been to the hotel for many years and the first time, since it is rebuild to a 5 star hotel. It was very nice also before, but now it is just perfect. Rooms (we had the Turmsuite, it was the best room for us since long time), hospitality, cleanness, food quality, service, welllness, etc.... everything just perfect.

Everything is excellent. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was always first-class. All the facilities are excellent.

That's said, staff is quite unprofessional and doesn't fit the "Luxury hotel" description. Staying recently at this amazing hotel, he had the opportunity to have an apartment fully furnished for two people with an amazing view on the Alps. The sound of the river and the cows bells whas very relaxed, remaind me of the childhood. The fresh air has his point as well. The staff was amazing, very friendly and always helpful and available.

Had 3 rooms to host my family during our ski vacation early March. My wife and I have been staying also during summertime the past years. Super friendly family feel. We were welcomed in by the owners son and then ager a couple of coffees and then spontaneously ordered some food for the kids which they loved. We had the impression the bar was recently tastlely reverbished. Certainly will consider for any stay in the area in the future (the kids already wanted to send their apologies we're unable to stay for evening dinner)!

Ended up going there for dinner twice. The first time we ordered a la carte. Food was delicious, but waiting time incredibly high (almost one hour) The second time we ate fondue. Note that you have to call in advance for it to be prepared! Prices lower than nearby places. I would definitely return again!

We only spent one night here, but we were very satisfied. The hotel is very nice, clean, the price per night is very reasonable considering the location. Parking is free. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We arrived late in the evening, but there was no problem with check-in. This place is absolutely magical, once you get down from the top of Samnaun, this is where you come down to and then just walk to catch the free shuttle that gets you to the Tram.

The hotel has great rooms with a lot of space. The Service is familiar and they make you feel at home. If you like skiing then you are at the best location. They have a shuttle to the Gondola and they will pick you up as well. It is also at walking distance (more or less 7min) I had a great stay and I will be coming back.

We spent four nights here. Clean rooms, quiet location, and a generous breakfast. Although on the edge of the village, you can quickly reach the ski slopes, also easily accessible by ski bus. Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is spotless, has excellent beds, wonderfully soft towels, and the rooms are well insulated. There's a delicious and extensive breakfast, and the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel (three times an hour in the morning - less frequent in the evening, but you can ski back). I've stayed here several times for work and have always been very satisfied! The booking process is straightforward, the rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The owners are always friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast leaves little to be desired – especially when enjoyed with a view of the surrounding mountains.

Unfortunately, no dinner was available; we just managed to get a seat at the restaurant next door. Better to have lunch on the slopes and a self-organized snack in the evening in the lounge. We'd come back here again because everything was perfect.

The owner is very nice. He even prepared breakfast at 7: 00am earlier than normal time 7: 30 am because I want to leave earlier. They clean the room every day and provide free transportation from and to ski place, also drop off and pick up us in the rent shop.
