Great place for solo travelers, staff are so friendly and will have a good chat with you. If you want to make friends this is place for it. Loved my stay thankyou.

This is a great hostel. It was a bit noisy because there were some kids on a study trip that day, but I booked a 20-bed dorm and only three girls checked in, so it was very quiet. The accommodation was also excellent.
The location is a little far from Lucerne train station, but it's still within walking distance. The staff were all very good.
Breakfast didn't have many options, but it was decent enough.

location: need to get there by bus from the city centre, and walk 5-10 minutes
hostel itself: they dont have lift and i wish i knew this before booking it. the room we got was on level 3. imagine the surprise that we have to drag our suitcases up the stairs to level 3

Super clean and cozy. The breakfast is provided with no additional fee and it is a decent quality. City pass is provided via email in advance, so you can register it in your Apple Pay and ride any bus inside Lucerne city. You can take a 19 bus from the Luzern Bahnhof to arrive to the hostel. The hostel has a spacious public place where you can work/study or chill or have a meal by yourself.

Location was pretty good, for the price paid quite good value. Obviously when theres 20 people on the same room it isnt too peaceful.

I have went there for one day , in the room there are 2 bed no sockets but have 2 usb chargers. Share bathroom and toilet ( there are a lot of them) . Facilities are play areas, study areas…
