Very comfortable hostel with a great breakfast buffet. Very close to the center of town.

I stayed for 2 nights. I really enjoyed it. I was in a twin room. The first night I was alone, and on the second night they assigned a nice girl as my roommate.
Breakfast was quite good, so I didn’t need to eat anywhere else in the morning.
The room was clean and tidy.
Downstairs, there was a room with lockers that can be locked.
I also recommend getting the Ticino Ticket at the reception desk – it allows you to travel around the canton for free and gives you various discounts for museums and boat rides 🥰
Breakfast was quite good, so I didn’t need to eat anywhere else in the morning.
The room was clean and tidy.
Downstairs, there was a room with lockers that can be locked.

From the beginning, I had problems because they told me I hadn't paid, even though I had paid via **********.
Then they don't give you towels; you have to pay for them separately. Keep in mind if you go in the summer, there are no fans or air conditioning in the rooms.
Not recommended for stays of more than one day. I suppose it's cheap compared to other hotels in the city, but at almost 90 euros a night, the service didn't seem very good to me.

The single room has a private bathroom. The hygiene is OK. Nothing is provided. It is far from the train station but the bus is very convenient. The breakfast variety is pitifully small. There was a problem when checking in. Here I want to give Ctrip's customer service Xiao Guo full marks 💯, solving the problem in time, enthusiastic, patient and professional! Now I almost use Ctrip when I go abroad. It is very convenient to contact and the service is great.

I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room offered everything you needed for a short trip. Unfortunately, the mattresses kept sliding apart, which meant that I slept on the slatted frame a couple of times, but this wasn't a problem.

Great experience, the beautiful ladies and handsome guys at the front desk are enthusiastic, considerate and attentive. They will patiently explain even if the language is poor. There is also a free trial of the small concert hall.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast, very well located, and clean.
The rooms are quite spartan, but quiet. The common areas and terrace are pleasant.

Compared to hotels, the price-performance ratio is rather poor. Good breakfast, very clean, convenient location next to the bus stop and within walking distance of the city center. Although rooms with balconies were available, we didn't get one. Lots of beautiful pictures on the website, but the sparse rooms are then filled. Very long wait times at check-in, and sometimes quite unfriendly. They are well aware of the problem of the beautiful pictures and the reality there, and immediately react dismissively.
