Check in was pretty fast and easy. The rooms are pretty decent with size, but only allow 2 adults and 1 child on the double bed. Paying for an additional bed for adult costs CHF 80, which is reasonable. However, since I have 2 young kids, I also have to pay for the additional bed. Hotel is located quite close to Luzern train station. and it takes few minutes walk. We can reach Kapellbrücke and other places. Hotel provides free drink and snack which is unexpected. Staff is very helpful. Room is clean. I would strongly recommend to other visitors.

Very convenient location. Near the train station and the old town. But it is also very noisy at night and in the early morning. The hotel is next to a club, you can hear people talking loudly from 11pm onwards to early morning from your room. On weekdays, you can hear the rubbish truck around 5-6am.

A very nice hotel with elegance and style. Attentive and friendly staff. The room was very clean and well-furnished. The hotel has a great view, the restaurant is good, the room is clean and new, and it is close to the Lucerne train station. Just a short walk across the bridge and you will arrive.

The hotel is conveniently located right out of the street of the hotel with things to do, restaurants and shops. The window looks straight out of the Alpine snow-capped mountains, and the room is big enough and the toilet is big enough.

Stayed in Ibis styles for 2 days. The hotel receptionists and staff were so approachable and very accommodating. They guided us on how to go about the city with the different transportation available and the must see attractions in Luzern. Breakfast offered a variety of foods. Very clean room and toilet. Our family stayed 1 night and was very happy with everything, particularly the location and the breakfast.

Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.
