I was unable to sleep for more than two hours due to the behavior of the occupants of the next room, who constantly slammed doors and engaged in noisy activities. The soundproofing is nonexistent. Aside from this inconvenience, the establishment, although aging, remains clean.

Noisy, water stuck in the sink and impersonal fournitures, no toothpast.

Great location and cheap, no air conditioning but I was traveling a time of year that I didn't need it. Room was cleaned and towels swapped daily, lobby had a nice space I could work from, worked great for me!

The room has no air conditioning and is hot in the summer. The room facilities are very old. The room next to the street cannot open the window and the traffic is too noisy.

Nice hotel, extremely well located downtown Neuchâtel, with easy parking and minutes away from the funicular and train station. I have never seen hotel staff this dedicated to their guest's comfort. Amazing team who went the extra mile on everything that made us feel so welcomed. Will definitely go back.

The room is clean, nice view from my balcony and the staffs were really friendly and helpful! Location is good too, short 10mins walk to city centre and walkable to places of interest. Love the beer at the bar next to the hotel. Strongly recommended!

Our second time at this hotel this year wasn't quite as great but still good. We booked a lake view room and ended up in a very uninviting room in a corner on the 3rd floor. Comfortable and clean. Lovely view of the lake. Very limited dining choices. The hotel dining room is good, but I had to take a bus or walk to the center for more choice. Many places were closed on both Sunday and Monday, making it difficult to find a place to eat. Construction noise woke me by 7:30 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Excellent room and views! Th hotel is a bit outdated , however the view makes up for it. As well its hard moving around with the suitcases and having ladies carrying it around the long hallways, a bell boy would be good for image.

An escapade with my wife ! in this lovely place front on the lake Neuchâtel. Nice people & perfect bungalow with all facilities.

We spent two wonderful days just relaxing at the waterfront. The interior design is timeless, practical and lofty with the high ceiling and the private terrasse.

Cannot recommend Palafitte enough! Added cots to a lakeside room for our 2 kids. The room was very pretty and plenty big even for the four of us, and of course the view was amazing. We swam off of the balcony and back and forth to the summer bar in the beautiful clear green water. The staff were delightful - especially August.

Condo was as advertised! Great location in the centre of town close to everything . Check in /check out was easy! tips - if you plan to cook or do laundry while you are there .. no spices provided (ie no salt and pepper) and no laundry soap for clothes .. -if you have mobility issues there is a flight of stairs (one floor) you have to navigate to get to this condo.

This was an amazing venue! The apartment itself was very well stocked. It had all the needed amenities to cook at “home.” It was very clean the hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. They were available even when we came in very late at night!

Federica made sure we were happy during our stay. We will stay here again if we visit Neuchatel. The place is in the town center and centrally located.

Stayed for four nights in a family suite, which was comfortable and large enough, with good service. People in the small city were very welcoming, the food was good, and it was by the lake, and when the sun was out you could see the sunrise and sunset, with nice scenery.

I liked the view of the lake from the hotel, and the breakfast was really good.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the excellent soundproofing! There is a city activity day on the weekend. I know it is extremely noisy outside, but I can hardly hear the sound. In addition, there are Chinese sockets, so there is no need to convert plugs. In short, although it is a bit expensive, it is very cost-effective.

Great hotel in the center of Neuchatel close to 2 parking lots. Small kitchenette and a fridge in the rooms. Delicious breakfast included absolutely with it.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help or provide information. The rooms are very nice and have everything you need. Mine even had a small kitchenette (which can be handy 😉). It's close to the lake, the castle, the pedestrian streets, the train station, and bus lines. Perfect for visiting Neuchâtel!

It was a long expected dinner that my partner and I had at la Maison du Prussien. Each platter and wine had a story to tell. The personnel was professional and attentive to our needs. It was a pleasure to meet the person behind the exquisite meals we discovered. Surprises await you between and within all courses. I would highly recommend for dinner dates and special occasions.

The place is really nice! The rooms are very well done. The reastaurant is excellent and they have a very good wine cellar. The only negative point is the surroundings. The hotel is squeezed in between the railway and an industrial zone. Stay there nevertheless for a night and include diner. You will get a good deal!

One of the Finest places to stay in Neuchatel. An updated water wheel brewery from ages ago. Stay in the 2 upper floor suites. Rolling river flows past and very quiet. Chef at restaurant downstairs is exceptional. 5 Star meals. Plenty of parking. Old world charm in today's updated world. Wish I was there right now.
