I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful and enchanting hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a five-star establishment. The staff were both professional and courteous. The restaurant was excellent, and the dinner simply superb. Entirely in keeping with the standards one expects of a five-star hotel.

I had a terrible experience in their snackbar terrace I am a Muslim hijabi lady and I ordered a mojito. The waiter served me an alcoholic mojito saying I hadn't precised. I had 2 sips and started feeling extremely dizzy. I spoke to the manager and he didn't charge me for the drink but the waiter had a happy smug on his face. I was surprised that he wasn't bothered and he had no cultural or religious values of the customers. In whatever industry we work we learn our clients religious and cultural values but this man was absolutely without any values and his manager was supportive and in fact threatened me that he would give my feedback an awful reply. My request was a written apology.

Excellent customer service, friendly and attentive. Good menu and very reasonably priced for the quality and location of this Hotel / Restaurant, also has a very nice terrace with nice views of the lake and weather permitting. Would recommend

Great hotel, very convenient location to the center of Neuchatel. I would recommend this hotel to anybody that needs to stay in or near Neuchatel.

I have just had the most amazing stay and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The location is picturesque, the rooms are spacious, the bed superb, and the bathrooms luxurious. But what really sets this hotel apart are the staff - they go above and beyond to make your stay a delight! One night they called all over town to get me into a busy restaurant because I had (shortsightedly) not made a reservation anywhere. Another day, I was unsuccessful in my hunt for French onion soup, and they asked the chef to prepare it, especially for me! I’d particularly like to thank Sarah, Nelson, Sébastien, and Imrân for making my weekend so relaxing. I have already booked my next stay and cannot wait to return!

What a delightful hotel, in a great location overlooking the lake. Neuchatel is a lovely town which is compact and easily walkable, and the tram stop (Place Pury) next door to the hotel makes it extremely easy to explore further afield. Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is first class. A very enjoyable stay.

Staff friendly and helpful. Wheelchair room with walled in views. For a person who cannot walk, shower with a ledge and challeges person in wheelchair to transfter to shower chair. Beds comfortable, towels soft. Breakfast is the expected standard for a 5 star hotel, nothing extra-ordinary. View of the lake is memorable and makes one feel noble to have this view while having breakfast (or any meal). Mr. Tugay, front staff of 20 years, serviced us whenever he saw a need and was very attentive to how to help. We truly appreciated his sincere willingness. The unobstruced view from the retaurant and some of the lakefront rooms are superb. Unfortuanately, the hotel does not have lakefront rooms for reduced mobility clients.

This is a little old the hotel. Maybe need to update of the taste of interior design . Bad quality pop art and sculptures . One thing can not accept is the very bad smell from the bath room all over the room. Smell so strong and disgusting. When you called them about this problem, they didn’t come to check. Last , the quality of the pillows are too flat, this is my first time having bad pillows in 5 stars hotels. They can try themself on to know how not comfortable is the pillow!

The customer service the attention to detail and going beyond for their guest is incredible. Marisa at the front desk is a 10 star if I could give it to her! Definitely coming back to this hotel for the quality of service in all the levels. Thank you for a fantastic stay

Very close to the Genève station. Could find easily even in the night. It was the first time in Geneve to catch an early flight so the location was best.
