Location location location. Great spot, close to the lifts and you can ski back into the boot room! Amazing for Andermatt. Service was lovely, Andrea could not do enough for us. Lovely breakfast. Friendly. Clean simple rooms, as described on the website.

Sonne Andermatt is an adorable local hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel has a restaurant on site for guests to enjoy dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

Great stay! This place was so cozy and welcoming. The staff was very kind and the room was clean and inviting. It’s a bit of a walk from the train station, but well worth it. I would definitely stay here again
Perfect Swiss Mountain Hotel Absolutely loved this quintessential Swiss hotel! Newly renovated, the rooms are very upscale with gorgeous mountain views. Not to mention the best cappuccino with breakfast! Would definitely come stay again!

Had a great stay! We were made to feel like part of the family! "Swani" and his team went out of their way to make us feel at home! We stayed for 4 nights at Christmas time. Peter”Swany” the owner was so nice to us. The hotel and the restaurant are so cute. We felt at home. We are ate at the restaurant 4 times including our Christmas dinner. All our food was so good. We definitely will be back again. We loved the skiing and how close the lifts were. Daisy and Francisco took great care of us.
This was supposed to be a quiet stop over on our way to Susten pass. We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay. Unfortunately on the 5th, I was involved in a traumatic skiing accident that resulted in emergency surgery on our first day. We had a great stay, easy to find, centrally located, nice deck area, the bus stops very close to the hotel and the owner was very nice and takes time to help customers enjoy their stay in Andermatt. Thomas will make dinner reservations, guide service and just generally point you in the right direction. The room was really nice and seemed recently remodeled. I would stay again.

The Schlüssel is located close to the train station and near the local bus stop (blue and red lines). Breakfast options were great. You can ski to the middle of town from the Gemstock then walk about 300 meters back to the Hotel. Many good restaurants are nearby. I would consider a longer stay next time I'm in Andermatt.

All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The property is located near mountain access, train station and dining options in town.
The service is very good, the staff is very enthusiastic, it is close to the ski resort cable car, and it is also convenient to visit the town. The breakfast is very rich, with a wide variety, all delicious, and there is tea, coffee, yogurt, and it ends at 11 o'clock. I spent a pleasant morning! I stayed for 5 days and was very satisfied. We were welcome by an austere front desk young gentleman who totally lacked warmth and should NOT be working at the reception ! A good place to eat out in Andermatt. A bit pricier than some others, but not outrageous and fair for what you get. They have some local specialties if you're a bit adventurous, but they also have a good selection of classical swiss fare and a small selection of pizzas.

Great location that is about a 10 minute walk to each of two gondolas. Breakfast was great with made to order items.
We had a wonderful meal there (make a reservation as there are not a lot of tables). Delighful negroni from the bar and we each had the steak with potato au gratin and vegetables - was delish and just the right amount of food. Reasonably priced.

Overall ok, especially with kids who can sleep in the same room as their parents. Breakfast is good, as you'd expect. One staff member refused to speak another language bit German and was kinda rude. Other staff members made the effort to speak English and were much more friendly.

We had both lunch and dinner at the Crown's restaurant this week and loved it. Creative and diverse menu with something for everyone (yummy vegetarian options!), friendly and authentic staff, cozy space, and the cakes/patisserie are a dream worth returning for!
Great, friendly hotel in the middle of Andermatt. They also have a couple of spacious, clean apartments which are perfect for families. The manager provides high quality service and does everything to make sure his guests have a perfect stay! Nice and affordable restaurant as well
Excellent hotel, the staff are flexible and help guests to plan for local events, and the rooms are very nice. Also, at breakfast you get an actual glass for your orange juice, rather than the tiny cups you get in most hotels.
Location is perfect in the center of Andermatt. Environment is warm and classy. I was at a Top Client event by Abarth and the service was perfect
We really enjoyed our stay in the Hotel Crown. The rooms are really big and the prices are very fair. The staff is very friendly. The only thing to improve is the breakfast buffet - the options unfortunately are very limited.
