Hotel Radisson Andermatt: excellent accommodations, cleanliness, and location. The reception service deserves special mention, especially Mr. Labinot for his promptness, efficiency, and professionalism.

Really lovely stay - rooms with amazing views of the mountains, staff were incredible, helpful and so friendly. Special shout out to Sandor who made us laugh! Only minor feedback is there are very limited breakfast choices for vegans and limited eggless options fo vegetarians

Everything! The property, staff, food, convenience, location, scenery, cleanliness, comfort, literally everything was perfect!! We can't wait to go back and are already planning out next trip(s) to Radisson Blu Reussen, Andermatt! Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Hotel itself is lovely, in particular the rooms, gym and pool. Breakfast is excellent. The area around the hotel is new (it’s being aimed at the very wealthy so is high-end, but a bit soulless) and there is a lot of construction going on, which woke me early each day. The hotel is handy for the train station (5 min walk) but is not in the centre of Andermatt village, which is a further 5-10 minute...

The service is very good, the staff is very enthusiastic, it is close to the ski resort cable car, and it is also convenient to visit the town. The breakfast is very rich, with a wide variety, all delicious, and there is tea, coffee, yogurt, and it ends at 11 o'clock. I spent a pleasant morning! I stayed for 5 days and was very satisfied. There was nothing wrong with it except that it was expensive

The Chedi Andermatt is an incredibly sophisticated place. We didn’t stay overnight but went for tea time and it was simply magnificent. Yes, it’s on the pricey side but absolutely worth it for the refined atmosphere and outstanding service. The tea tray was exquisite, and we topped the experience off with a glass of champagne...just perfect. The different seating areas create a cozy, intimate feeling...

Probably the best hotel in Switzerland. The design, service, rooms, and spa – all exceptional. The entire experience is truly refined and memorable. The spa area is simply world-class. Everything was exceptional – truly a superior experience in every detail. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We will gladly return.

This hotel is incredible, the rooms are stunning, staff takes care of every need. The view from our room was gorgeous. We ate dinner in the bar area, food was good, drinks were awesome. Breakfast had so many choices. I would give this place 10 stars if I could

Spent 4 days in this lovely hotel with half pension. It was centrally located in a quiet part of this classic Swiss town. Sonne Andermatt is an adorable local hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel has a restaurant on site for guests to enjoy dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

Kind and welcoming staff. Fresh room, with great storage for hikers, cyclists and skiers. Best charging plugs and outlets we’ve found on our entire trip, very useful!! Really nice hotel with comfortable beds. Spacious rooms, tidy and clean. I personally had a super good experience as the staff were generally friendly, polite and willing to advise. Excellent food at the restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent experience. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very good restaurant. Only small minus is the extra fee for parking despite a lot of free spaces but I guess it’s the standard in most places nowadays.

The room was fantastic and great for a family of 4 ( two small children). The staff were excellent too.

We had both lunch and dinner at the Crown's restaurant this week and loved it. Creative and diverse menu with something for everyone (yummy vegetarian options!), friendly and authentic staff, cozy space, and the cakes/patisserie are a dream worth returning for!
