Good location for business trips, with free parking which is a big plus in the region. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bed is firm but was still comfortable. The area is quiet, literally no noise during the night. Facilities look new, recently renewed probably.

Its a very nice hotel in perfect location in the old town of Winterthur. It is quiet, clean and beautiful. The service and the staff is first class. For my taste is the design of the light switches a bit too much sophisticated. More simple would have been better, as it would also fit better to the classical style of the hotel.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for a long weekend. We are a family of 5 with 3 children (ages 11-16). The hotel and the staff were absolutely fabulous! Great hotel with great amenities. Can be a little on the expensive side, but it shows. Rooms are well maintained, large, and comfortable. Seriously, they need to tell me where they got their bed and duvet from. Haven’t slept that well in my life! Restaurant and bar downstairs has a nice modern atmosphere. Prices match the rooms, but the service was quick and the food was good.

For business travel, it is 20 minutes away from the city center by bus. It's okay. There is nothing else to say. Budget hotels and Swiss hotels are expensive. 1000 a night, you can see for yourself.

It is a nice and small hotel without a reception. Tram stations are nearby and deliver one directly to the center districts as well as to the airport. Breakfast is delivered to the hotel room in the morning. The rooms are clean, have a coffee machine for capsules and tea. The Hotline works fast and reliable in case of issues. The next time at Zürich I will consider staying here again.

The rooms are comfortable, however it is just a room. The check in is self service and there is no communal area /bar or restaurant.

Hotel is nice and clean. Self check in took a little getting used to but it was easy enough to figure out. The area around the hotel is very noisy.

Good hotel price/quality. Clean, modern. There is parking for those traveling by car. Breakfast is good, there was everything you need. The room was cold (early May), we couldn't figure out how to heat it, because we checked in late at night. There were no slippers or toothbrush sets in the room.

Hotel is on the way to the main zurich station from the airport and just a 5 minute walk from oerlikon station. Room was lovely, clean and serviced every day. The staff were all really friendly. 

The transportation is really convenient. The train and tram stations are nearby, which is very convenient to the city and the airport. The breakfast is very rich and there are a lot of fruits. It is recommended to order breakfast. There is a coop across the road from the hotel and an Aldi next to it, but the supermarket is closed on Sundays. There is a very delicious sushi restaurant next to the hotel...

The rooms are relatively spacious and the shower room is nice. There is a park in front, so it seems okay to use if the sunlight is not too strong.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and one stop from Zurich Airport. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel. The staff are polite and the breakfast is rich.

Our two-night stay in this hotel has been a wonderful getaway. We came from Paris to Zurich and I guess, we couldn’t have got another hotel as such. Its was our parents anniversary aswell, and they offered us cake and chocolates at midnight to celebrate and enjoy?

My wife and me have been there for a Sunday brunch. With a variety of choices from fish, meat, vegetables, salads, fruits and dessert the offer of the buffet a discretion is very rich. The quality of ingredients is fantastic. Sadly most of the dishes were not cooked or seasoned as I expect it from a prestige hotel in Zurich. Elegant and probably the best hotel in Zürich. Beautiful and picturesque building. The hotel is equipped with a golf course, a spa and Michelin restaurant. The service is really superlative. There is a beautiful forest in the vicinity which is ideal for nice walks or jogging. A nice view of Zürich lake can be enjoyed while dining or drinking at the hotel.

A bit aside from the city but if the distance is not a problem, like 10 mins drive from the city center, then its the best hotel to stay-in at Zurich. The team is amazing with a little bit of more focus and attention of the lobby bar staff. Very nice spa facility and hotel's surrounding area

The room looked a bit old, but the place served great for my business trip. Located right at Milchbuck I had great connections to both the train station and the airport, and I could easily get to both ETH and the University of Zurich. Great selection for breakfast. I only missed some in-room bar. Nevertheless, the personnel was very friendly, and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Convenient location, super clean, friendly staff. Take the 14 Tram right across the street. After a 20hr trip, check-in was very welcoming and informative. The room was small but didn't feel confining. As everyone mentions, the pizza place next door is worth a try. Breakfast is continental with a nice mix of offerings. Rooms are tiny, but clean. There are fridges that can be used for own food, but no tea kettle. The desks barely fit a laptop. The service is super friendly, they gave me an electrical outlet adapter at no charge.

Reasonably priced hotel with its excellent location with frequent trams to city centre and lake from Just outside the door. The receptionist was very helpful, giving me a map of the city with details of the trams to the main attractions.

Big room with air conditioner. The breakfast was very good. Recommended for long stay. Only issue was the location was a bit far from the train station but still a walking distance with luggage for 20 mins to the train station.

The staff (night shift) nor really helpful to show us our room. Our room is in another building ( cross the indoor bridge) snd that's not expected. no air-conditioning until inside the room. Room size and temperature are good. Comfortable bed. No shower door but ok with the curtain. Might need more towels incase the water on the floor.

Decent hotel with a cheery and helpful front desk. Tram stops and cafes close by. Family room a good size. Toilet light didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed right away + you have to run the hot water for a while for it to come.

One of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed at. Beautiful interior and decor, the rooms overlooking the city are outstanding, comfortable mattresses but most importantly they have wonderful people working there. The staff made our stay unforgettable and excellent. We will always speak highly about this hotel and will recommend to everyone visiting Zurich.

Lovely experience at Sunnehus. The family room was just the right size for the four of us. If with heavy luggage, reaching the place is best done via the TRAM of coming from the train station. Get down at ETH and the hotel is barely 100 metres away. With a backpack or a light suitcase, you may walk up the steps to the hotel. Zurich Old town and shopping plazas are a walking distance from here.

Amazing hotel. The staff was so nice and friendly. The hotel is right next to a station that takes you to the airport, and you can buy your tram ticket at the front desk. Looking at the hotel position, it's really high... If you have too many bags a tram might be better to go there... even though its not too closer from the hotel... Bathroom is medium... and really short, besides the shower sending water to all places. Other than that I think all rest is good. A suggestion to the hostel is to make it more clear their position in relation to the hbf station... 0.6km...

Location is perfect, personnel performs it's duties at the best manner possible (politeness, appearance, helpfulness etc. - everything was flawless during my stay). 3 stars are well deserved by this hotel, providing everything I would need staying in Zurich - a pool or a Michelin restaurant room service are nothing to have a use in this beautiful city, where you will do better just walking around.

I have booked a 2 bedroom executive suite for my family. It is spacious enough my family. The tram station is right in front of the hotel and 2 stops away from Zurich HB. Super convenient 👍🏻

Very spacious and pretty room. We've got upgraded by the hotel as well. The staff were lovely. The hotel is small, so there isn't any common dining hall. Instead, breakfast will be delivered to your room at the morning. The rooms are on the more expensive side and there are many facilities in the room I didn't get to use tho.

Location is good but road work made us a bit hard o get to hotel as road close or blocked so find way to walk there. During our stay fire alarm rang few times luckily nothing happened but don’t know why was on. We had add breakfast, it was good varieties. We have no idea why no bracket on the bed. sleep with sheet… as we are so tired after long travel from overseas.

A great choice for an overnight stay in Zurich! Just one tram stop from Zurich main station. The hotel offers complimentary still or sparkling water in the lobby, and a kettle is available for hot water. The room design is quite creative, with a curtain separating the bathroom and sleeping area. As is common with many European hotels, there was no air conditioning during our stay
