Nice geographical location, walking distance to the railway station and surrounded by several supermarkets. However, I was shocked when I was told that gym service was not included in the rates. For the first time in my life did I realize that gym is provided to selected guests. This experience is def “new” and unpleasant. Given that there are many other hotels nearby, I don’t think I will recommend...

The hotel rooms were very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. They didn't charge me for breakfast for my child either. Very good.

Stayed there a few times over the years with work. Always had a good time there. Very friendly staff Food has been great with great beers Rooms are very clean and modern The hotel is situated in a very convenient place for my work and if i want to pop into the town for shopping. 10 minute walk from the main train station.

Excellent hotel parking involves driving through pedestrian areas to locate a lift used for underground parking

Many wonderful things about this hotel. The breakfast is wonderful. Large selection and something for everyone. The lobby has fresh fruit and hot drinks and croissants for free all day. The rooms have a yoga mat you can use for the stay. It wonderful. Just a very lovely place for a lower cost than other nearby hotels. Close to train station easy walk — lots of shops and restaurants near by.

Instead of leading me to the main entrance on Marktgasse, it showed the way to the entrance of the hotel's restaurant on Spitalgass, which took me more time to reach the hotel. 2. This is a budget hotel in a useful location for visiting businesses outside of Zurich which was what I needed it for. Don’t expect luxury, but a good low price for a budget-conscious traveller. A couple of issues I had were that the lift was not functioning when I arrived, and the air conditioning was rather loud.

My first flight was delayed so I missed my second one and stuck in Zurich for overnight, the airline got me this hotel. Transportation was ok, around 30 mins from Zurich airport, but there are many trains, then many buses to the hotel, pretty straightforward.

The Plaza Hotel had large rooms with very comfortable beds. The property is close to the train station and the center of town, which was very convenient for those traveling to Zurich and to other parts of Switzerland. Very small room... not enough storage space... but great location and friendly, uncomplicated service.

The hotel is quite small. Two suitcases can no longer be unfolded. It is OK for a short stay. It is not recommended for permanent stay. The people are quite mixed. There are many Indians and Pakistanis living here.

Clean and reasonable price, but a bit far from the train station. If you have large luggage you need to walk a long way to to hotel. Over all the hotel feel free and safe. The bed and toilet is clean no smell.

Perfect location. Attractive house. Extremely quiet, rooms look out on garden. Very spacious with large bathroom too. Comfortable large bed and tasteful decor. Easy and direct bus connection to downtown Winterthur. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The room is big and prices are relatively cheaper. Lots of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby.

A truly comfortable stay with amazing Indian hospitality in Switzerland. The food was the highlight – hot, authentic, and full of taste. Nice and clean, bed was a bit saggy and the location was great. Be careful to note the front desk hours especially if you leave your bags for later pick up. They close the desk and lock the main door after check out time until check in time. And be sure to ask them if the TV and Internet signals are working.
