No in-room mini fridge, no air conditioning, NO EMPATHY! My dad is diabetic and limited in his mobility. His medications need to be refrigerated. According to the receptionist, are no fridges anywhere in this hotel except for the breakfast fridge that we weren’t allowed to use. I found it really upsetting that there was no flexibility with this as I’ve never experienced this before. Every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at has been accommodating regarding this. If we’ve ever stayed in a hotel not equipped with in-room mini fridges, the receptionists have always been willing to hold the medication in their staff fridge.

To the hotel: The Disability Discrimination Act requires that buildings and public facilities, including hotels, be made accessible to people with disabilities. This can encompass features like ramps, accessible restrooms, and other modifications that would benefit individuals with certain medical conditions.

We stayed no longer than 20 minutes before we ultimately decided we needed to find alternative accommodations. The lady at the front desk refused to issue any type of refund. We went back and forth for a while. I couldn’t understand why, if we checked in at 3:30 and checked out less than 20 mins later due to medical/extenuating circumstances, why we weren’t deserving of a refund, even a partial one. Her main concern was the hotel losing money and not being able to get the room booked. As soon as I walked away from the desk, the receptionist and her colleague laughed maniacally. It seemed like she was satisfied to watch me walk away in “defeat”.

I definitely would not recommend. Thank goodness I contacted Expedia directly because they issued me a partial refund immediately and they’re working toward escalating the rest of the issue.

Very low level cleaning service. The toilet had traces of excrement of the previous user. I asked for fixing it, but nothing happened. The cleaning lady thinks some personal items are rubbish and dumps them. Receptionist refused to pack breakfast for the morning of early departure.
