Hotels in Samedan

Small, friendly family-run hotel with an excellent kitchen. The Half Board offering is particularly to be recommended. The location is good and free access to the Samedan thermal baths is a plus that we particularly enjoyed. Rooms are simple but clean. Highly recommend.

Simply one of the extremely positive experiences which are hard to find! Very friendly hosts, clean rooms and attentive staff, both the restaurant and the bar provide delicious selections of food and wine. This is a *** hotel yet the overall quality surpasses hands down a many higher rated hotels worldwide!

This is an excellent location if you want to be close to St. Moritz but not right in the town. The room was clean and the little backyard area was an added bonus. It was a bit smaller than we had hoped in the deluxe apartment but enough room for two people. The breakfast spread was excellent and the town itself is beautiful. The spa was a great add on as well!

A great choice in Samedan Very nicely modernised old building in the middle of Samedan. Good and popular wine bar and separate restaurant. Great breakfast. Owners present daily but great service from staff too. Nice lounge area. Parking extra and tight. No dedicated spa area but free access to town spa.

We had two families stay at Hotel Donatz during Christmas week and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious and the wine bar and restaurant were fabulous. The hotel location is on a quiet street, and close to the train station. We will all go back to Hotel Donatz in the future.

Very nice and old style hotel. We spent NYE here! We enjoyed the dinner of 31st with live music in the Imperial room. The luxury room was big and comfortable. Service was good, breakfast was very nice with live music every morning 😍. Spa service was very good with a lot of different Massages and professional staff.

Beautiful Hotel from the 19th century. Great rooms, lovely food, awesome breakfast buffet in the magnificent grand ball room. Enjoy !

The rooms are very nice, old style, nice floors, nice furniture, nice bathtub. Breakfast is great, big choice and in the nicest room of the hotel (see photo). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, five minutes walk from Samedan train station. It has a large locked ski and bike cellar. Great place with very friendly staff. Food and breakfast were also very good. We came with our dog and it was nice to see how pets are appreciated. Some dog menu was available, 5 more stars/paws from the doggie. The gourmet plate was appreciated after a long hike in the gletscher! 😋

Very beautiful, traditional building. We enjoyed staying. The owners, own also the restaurant next to the hotel. Also amazing. The Only, small, thing didn't like, the pillows. Definitely going back again.

Excellent stay. Well worth the visit for the views alone. Dining options were great (albeit pricey) but would stay again in a heartbeat. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly

The room was gorgeous, well designed (especially the tub next to the window:) ). Front desk staff was extra kind and helpful, figuring out a multi-transfer train journey for us (and writing it out in beautiful script). Trails from the door, balcony views for the evening.

It is a "romantic hotel", but if you place too many out-of-hotel guests in the dining room, all the romantic atmosphere gets lost.

Muottas Muragl is an extraordanary place to visit and stay! We had a nice room with a lot of wooden furnitures and modern bathroom. Exciting was our dinner with view into the Engadin valley and St. Moritz during sunset. Beautiful stay in a very special location. One thing they don't make clear (or else I missed it!) is that your funicular ticket to get to and from the hotel is included, so you need to tell them at the ticket window at the bottom of the slope that you are staying in the hotel. My only criticisms are the uncomfortable blocky foam sofa in the room and lack of tea/coffee making in room. Had to go to...

Muottas Muragl is a wonderful place with surely the best view of the Engadin. Extremely efficient and friendly service personnel. Menues are excellent and the wine list a hit. Beautifully furnished hotel rooms. Surroundings with Artist walk way and Philosopher's track is a true must. We will come back for sure!

Location is so good. You can reach the ski areas easily. The hotel offers free parking area. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Worth the money. Way cheaper than the other hotels in the area. It was my second stay here for the new year and both went well.
