What a lovely stay - everything was immaculate, wonderful friendly staff, fabulous food, and the free entry to the spa was much appreciated! Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, we opted for half board and were delighted with the quality and choice of food and the great service. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Small, friendly family-run hotel with an excellent kitchen. The Half Board offering is particularly to be recommended. The location is good and free access to the Samedan thermal baths is a plus that we particularly enjoyed. Rooms are simple but clean. Highly recommend.

Simply one of the extremely positive experiences which are hard to find! Very friendly hosts, clean rooms and attentive staff, both the restaurant and the bar provide delicious selections of food and wine. This is a *** hotel yet the overall quality surpasses hands down a many higher rated hotels worldwide!

This is an excellent location if you want to be close to St. Moritz but not right in the town. The room was clean and the little backyard area was an added bonus. It was a bit smaller than we had hoped in the deluxe apartment but enough room for two people. The breakfast spread was excellent and the town itself is beautiful. The spa was a great add on as well!

The hotel was wonderful — clean, with an amazing view. Staying at a hotel up in the mountains made the experience even more special, and we were lucky to enjoy a beautiful white Christmas during our two-night stay. The service was excellent. Excellent stay. Well worth the visit for the views alone. Dining options were great (albeit pricey) but would stay again in a heartbeat. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly

The room was gorgeous, well designed (especially the tub next to the window:) ). Front desk staff was extra kind and helpful, figuring out a multi-transfer train journey for us (and writing it out in beautiful script). Trails from the door, balcony views for the evening.

It is a "romantic hotel", but if you place too many out-of-hotel guests in the dining room, all the romantic atmosphere gets lost.

Muottas Muragl is an extraordanary place to visit and stay! We had a nice room with a lot of wooden furnitures and modern bathroom. Exciting was our dinner with view into the Engadin valley and St. Moritz during sunset. Beautiful stay in a very special location. One thing they don't make clear (or else I missed it!) is that your funicular ticket to get to and from the hotel is included, so you need to tell them at the ticket window at the bottom of the slope that you are staying in the hotel. we chose this place solely because I had stayed here as a young teen. The room we had was lovely; the lobby seemed a little dated but may have appealed to an older crowd. (We were there to hike) The breakfast buffet was lovely.

Beautiful hotel with old fashioned values. Our luggage was taken to our room while we tested the bar, breakfast was served in the most stunning room with uniformed waiters. Our large room was lovely with comfy pillows, we had a balcony. There was a spa too but we didn’t take advantage. Breakfast was excellent especially in the stunning room. The room was spacious & there was free parking (on a first come first serve basis) The hotel seems to be mainly focused on guests from outside Switzerland, given that majority of staff did not speak the local language. Cleanliness of the rooms could be improved (multiple hairs in the shower, dead insects on the floor that were not removed for days etc.) Breakfast was subpar IMO with lack of options...

Great place, the hotel with a very long tradition, very good location. Our room was very clean and big, there was a jacuzzi in the bathroom. It was very relaxing after hiking. Excellent customer service, as we asked for an antiallergic quilt and pillows. We liked a very nice hotel spa. Delicious breakfast, great service, juicer available. Highly recommended.

Five Stars all round! The rooms are quiet and comfortable and well appointed with great charm. We were greeted daily with smiles and staff knowing the coffee we wanted after our first breakfast! The hotel is one of the most wonderful places we have stayed in! We were two friends going by ferry and train from Norway to Samedan, and it was amazing to sleep in the hotel the first night! Great hotel with simple yet fully functional and clean rooms. Great noise isolation while being right next to the station. Also has a great restaurant/pizzeria. We had Pizzas and they were super! Extremely helpful staff both at the hotel and the restaurant.

We just went to the restaurant after going to the theme bath (also great), and they were very hospitable and accommodating. We could sit there for quite a few hours (with 3 kids and some Americans!), and it was really relaxed. The young waiter was the best - great job! Great food and a lot of options for everyone. Location is so good. You can reach the ski areas easily. The hotel offers free parking area. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Worth the money. Way cheaper than the other hotels in the area. It was my second stay here for the new year and both went well.
