Beautiful stay. the breakfast and the spa were the highlights! The thing that stood out the most among the other hotels was the free ski shuttle and they will also pick you up from the local train station. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

For such a distinguished place it would be nice to have slow closing toilet seats and wardrobes so they can be heard by neighbours at early mornings and late nights. Would be great to have multiple adapters in case forgotten. Otherwise gorgeous stay.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. They provided a pickup service, which was very convenient. The location is great, close to a supermarket. Wonderful Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. I stayed here with my husband and 2 kids (9 and 5). We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and pizza restaurant were fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Our kids loved playing games in the red library room while we had a coffee or drink. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Disabled guests are not welcome. I requested a walk-in shower in advance because I have a disabled foot. They gave me a small room with a shower that was 40 cm from the floor. Without my husband, I wouldn't have been able to get in or out. I later saw in the pictures that they had one. What a shame. I won't stay there again. The pizzeria only serves pizza until 2 p.m., after which it's just toast....

What a great hotel. Very nice personnel. A beautiful big spa area with a pool where you can swim. Even against a current if wished. Great bubbly jacuzzi too. The breakfast very good as well. The rooms had everything you need with great mattress and sheets and a nice bathroom. The only thing to mention is there is no elevator. So don’t take top floor if not ready to walk steps.

My only improvement would be a second pillow in the room, maybe it was because I was in economy room , if you ask they would probably give you one anyway. Absolutely amazing hotel, the staff were very friendly and the room was very nice (small) but cozy. Right across from the tiny cute train station and lovely views all around.
