Great place to eat.. so many different restaurants. We enjoyed the Keller bar next to the pizzeria. Great service too ;-)

Excellent hotel 5 minutes from the city center and the lake. Very clean and spacious rooms, professional and trained staff. Big parking right under the hotel. I can't say anything about the restaurant and breakfast because I didn't have the green pass and I couldn't enter the hall. Fair price for an excellent hotel.

The hotel was comfortable but the true highlight was the restaurant in the basement run by Mohammed. The food was hands-down the best weve had in Europe in the 2.5 years we have lived here. Definitely recommend the food here!!!

Nice dehor and good dessert's choice, unfortunately they didn't have whipped cream to add in the espresso, while it was clearly on the menù (e.g. as a topping for cakes and icecream).

Not bad, but not great, very expensive! The "spice" ratings mean nothing. The staff were competent and friendly, no complaints. I just was expecting a bit more spice.. for the price!

Very nice hotel with good breakfast, nice bar area and plenty of restaurants. Bus stop right outside brings you right to the slopes. The rooms are fine but can be noisy, you can sometimes hear noises from the floor above you or the room next to you. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Nice spacious rooms, good food and excellent service from highly trained welcoming staff. However, rooms can be noisy, had to change rooms as could hear the guests in the adjacent room via the connecting door which was unbearable, in the second room there were still some strange noises. Some things are ridiculously overpriced, such as the ski rental.

We just had the most wonderful two night stay. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the food/service was excellent! We will definitely be coming back.

Just ate at the restaurant as a group meal with our tour. The salad was awesome and the lemon dessert was so unique! Complex wonderful lemon construction—a must try!

Beautiful, historical hotel. Classic but some parts have been renovated. Only breakfast and bar downstairs, for other meals you need to go to a sister hotel across the road. Heated pool is not connected and in another building nearby. The bit that was annoying is our room is not accessible via 2nd or 3rd floor lift. It was at the end of the hotel which was only accessible with stairs. Confusing to...

Ok, so this place has seen better days. I think they are doing the best they can with an aging building. It's sort of a mix of the hotel in The Shining and what you imagine while listening to Hotel California. A big plus is included admission to the spa across the street and fabulous breakfast. The addition is bizarre and not architecturally pleasing. Somehow rooms numbered in the 300s are accessible...

The Hotel has a decent architecture style. The room are a bit small. The overall is good. Thermal bath next to it for free when you are staying at the hotel. One of my best thermal bath I have done.

A friendly hotel just outside the main centre of the town. Rooms hold great views of the lake and mountains. The restaurant had some unusual seating, with the overflow seating area feeling like sitting in a corridor. Food was expense but tasty. Comfortable bed and a great bathroom.

Great long weekend stay! The management staff is very helpful, professional and polite. Our first time there and the front desk manager (if only I got his name he was GREAT) was very helpful in giving advice to us non-skiers. Firstly the staff at this hotel are outstanding, particularly Christian in reservations/concierge- cannot speak highly enough. The location is the best, central for shopping and only a couple mins walk to the ski lifts. The food and service is also 5 star 🌟

A nice hotel and the restaurant staff stood out for their friendliness while we were there, and we're very accommodating of us with a young child. Location wise it's a five minute walk to the funicular.

Very centrally located Hotel & probably one of the best Breakfast buffets I've had at a hotel. Quality rooms, however I would recommend a room upgrade as our room was a little small and bed pushed up against the wall. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Well located and friendly staff. The Mountain View rooms were big enough for two people, and the balcony was quite big too.

From the train station, it's a good 10 min uphill walk. it's good location with the view of the mountians. The hotel staff are friendly and the room is spot on clean. I gave them a 4-star because there is no complementary coffee or tee in the room, you're forced to order in their restaurant or room service just to have one.

Best place to stay in St. Moritz

Great location, with a nostalgic feel. We hace a very nice room with a little balcony where we able to have evening drinks. The hotel driver picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Excellent service.

This was a fabulous hotel, very welcoming. As we walked in person at counter( my apologies don't remember the name) was just wow. We felt like walking in someone's home. Invited us to evening tea, rooms were very clean and comfortable, bathrooms were very nice. Terrace what amazing views. St. Moritz is an extremely expensive destination. Having said that, this property offers great value for spend. My room was simple but had all of the necessities. Wonderful hotel at the upper heights of the town just by the pedestrian zone. Rooms were great, comfortable and the staff were the best. They picked us up from the train station and brought us back as the hill is a long climb. The bus does go close to the hotel so you can walk down the hill and bus it back up.

The sraff, especially Tioga, were fabulously helpful in catering to our every need. If I were to return to St Moritz, it would definitely be my choice for accommodation. Spotlessly clean and a great breakfast included. Could not rank it higher. Very happy.

Lovely location, good service, amazing views, very clean and large rooms. Stayed in the panorama room. The wellness area is clean and everything is brand new, but pretty small. The sauna and steam bath could both be hotter. The breakfast was lovely. We had dinner (fondue) and didn't enjoy that. We would not have dinner at the restaurant again. The view was great, but I wish it was a little cleaner.

I stayed in comfortable single room where I can have iconic lake view on my birthday morning. It was very rewarding. But accessibility of hotel is not that easy. There is crazy slopes that needed to be navigated to reach hotel . It would be hard if you need to handle multiple luggages.

The hotel is near the hill top, quite vintage. The lady at the reception is very nice who helped me to call a taxi to the train station. I wish I could have a lake view room next time.

Beautiful location: further away from the city (30 min walk), right on the St.MoritzerSee with beautiful views. We enjoyed comfortable bed (although pretty small) and great restaurant for the dinner (which we strongly recommend). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great choice for a ski get-a-way The hotel is lovely and just outside of town from St. Moritz with easy access to ski resort by nearby bus. The rooms are modern and spacious with nice details, cozy beds and scrumptious duvets and feather pillows. The spa area is very nice. We enjoyed a generous European breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel.

Besides a loose toilet lid, everything about the hotel was perfect.

The front desk clerk was very nice. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. They have comfy robes to walk down to pool. The pillows & beds were very comfortable & quiet. We ate at the Steak & more restaurant on top floor of the hotel which was superb . We Enjoyed our breathtaking views from our balcony which were picturesque. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect, the location, room (small or full of bulky stuff but ok) but when we looked for an Iron which is the most basic amenity in a hotel, they came up with an excuse of this place being made of wood so no Iron is provided! I have stayed in over 500 hotels of every sort and more wooden that this one and not for one I had to ask for an Iron. that got us into trouble as we had limited...

We stayed for 2 nights as part of a Cosmos train tour of Switzerland. The hotel is old fashioned but cosy and the staff are friendly. My room was nice but the bathroom was tiny, others had more room so luck of the draw I guess. The 2 waiters in the restaurant were so lovely and the food was very good.

The hospitality of the owner and staff at this lovely hotel in unsurpassed any where in the world. I became ill while a guest and the owner personally transported to a local Doctor and subsequently to the hospital. I can't thank them enough.

Service is great, although the beds are a little stiff for my liking. Also if you expect a quiet environment it's not for you.
