Hotels with pool in Scuol

I had an email exchange with Nadine (I have never come across a more unprofessional customer service person in my entire life) who initially told us there was a problem with the booking system but then pointed out to us that we did not like any of the other rooms and that we should be grateful for the low price of the upgrade to another room

However, when we arrived late afternoon after a long journey from the UK, we were given a room with a carpet so I went downstairs to clarify that I had expected a room with a wooden floor and modern bathroom

We were then offered an upgrade at a cost of CHF240 for our stay of 6 days to a room of a different category but with wooden floor and bathroom. We reluctantly accepted this as we were very tired

I gave the exact arrival time of the train and the booking service confirmed that somebody would pick us up. When we arrived there was nobody to pick us up

We were then shown a large number of different rooms but none of the rooms that they showed us, had both a wooden floor and a modern bathroom

Nadine seems to completely miss the point that the hotel made a mistake. Also we were asked on the day at what time we would arrive

Great experience here,second time in Scuol,friendly staff,clean rooms,breakfast and dinner included and were good quality. The water spa is wonderful to relax your sore muscles after a day of physical activities.

All the best! Great and friendly service and nice rooms. Particularly noteworthy is the above-average cuisine. The dinner was always delicious and very inventive!

Well worth the price. Very friendly and professional staff. Good restaurant. Breakfast and dinner for vegans possible. Rooms super clean and looking gorgeous (like the whole location).

It is one of my favourite hotels in Switzerland. The place is great with many different activities, views over the mountains. Hotel is very comfortable and with great breakfast.

Take the evening menu and ask for a wine pairing with it. You'll get some of the most excellent culinary experiences that you can have. Will visit again and again..

We asked if we can take our puppy with us. When we arrived, a surprise was waiting on us in the room: the cutest dog's bed ever! ❤️ What a lovely place!!!

The food was amazing, especially the breakfast buffet. The rooms are also nice but nothing special.

The bar is a hidden gem!! Worth-visiting place!!
