Stayed for a business conference, and the place had all one would expect in that setting. The service is outstandingly hospitable and friendly. Internet coverage and bandwidth needs improvement - it’s not up to modern business needs.

Amazing! All of the staff was so friendly in the restaurant, the bar, and at the front desk!!! They were very accommodating, even when our group had some unusual requests. We would definitely stay here again! The location is perfect for walking and exploring

So I have been traveling a bit and this is my 93rd country. I have booked Hyatt properties my past two stays and am really not understanding the hype. I’m a Marriott titanium member and having stayed at Marriott properties I get way better treatment. So Hyatt Dushanbe, I had a club room but the Club lounge is closed I find out on arrival. So they have their 1800-2000 hour at the bar downstairs. Fine...

Service is good, staff is good and all of them are speaking English. Breakfast is the same but various. Location is far from grocery, shopping malls and other places for tourists, but so quiet if like such places. Indoor swimming pool is good from 1.2 to 156 cm deep.Sauna is good and free.

The service is terrible. I don't recommend it. I have never encountered such a bad hotel service. The service attitude of the woman at the reception desk is terrible. It is so bad that I suspect she discriminates against Chinese people. If you arrive early, you cannot check in early even if there is a room available. You will be charged 50% of your room rate, or you can only check in at 3 o'clock....

The bed in the room was big and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

The environment is ordinary by five-star standards, and it is obviously overpriced in Dushanbe. There may not be many international brand hotels in the area. The service attitude is very ordinary. The flight landed in the morning and I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock. The front desk manager told me coldly and businesslike that there was a room, but it would cost an extra 90 US dollars to check in...

Nice hotel with complete facilities and excellent service attitude! The downside is that there is no heating in the room!

The room was very large and new, and the hotel offers a free airport shuttle service (which is a great service for foreigners in Dushanbe where ride-hailing services are inconvenient). I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed in this hotel several times because of service they provide. I highlight the reception and hotel staff , always helpful and assisting at any time and request! Breakfast lovely in wonderful surroundings, rooms are spacious and clean! Hotel is new and well built, didn’t have time to check other amenities as was on business but again thanks a lot to hotel reception and staff, I m sure they remember...

A beautiful hotel, with huge rooms and great facilities. In 2 years of non stop travelling since we left our home driving from Australia, this was the best steak that we have had It was fantastic Well done to Shukufa is a brilliant chef. Thank you

The hotel is clean and nice, staff are friendly and very helpful, unfortunately breakfast is not a good choice here, swimming pool closes very early and the way going there must go through massage rooms. The rooms are not well air-conditioned. And there is no water shataf in the bathroom. For the same price other hotels can provide better service.

Everything is very excellent... Staff is very helpful... Luxuery....everybody are nice... Women in reception are no. 1 ... Sweet.... For money you have more.... I recommend this hotel in Dushanbe

Very new hotel! Bit far from city Centre, but still ok. 20-30 minutes walk to Rudaki avenue. Kind staff, clean and new interior of the hall and rooms.

Perfect location in the city centre. Excrent rooms and a great breakfast. But what makes this hotel stood out was the people. Every single member I interacted with was friendly, hospitable, accommodating with excellent English communication skills. Will definuately return!

Very centrally located, excellent as a base to explore dushanbe. Breakfast has a lot of varieries and the staff very helpful. Highly recommended

The hotel was really close to the airport, around 15 minutes far. The room was nice and clean, the front desk was helpful.

I stayed here with my tour group. The hotel overlooks a very tired river. My room was comfortable and the aircon worked but the shower was terrible. Couldn't regulate the hot/cold at all, so gave up. Had a very nice dinner in the outside restaurant. Other than that, it's pretty forgetable.

Check in staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was huge with a balcony overlooking a not so great river. Supplemental AC was struggling to cool the room. Not much on TV selection. Bed was fairly comfortable. Restaurant inn the e hotel is OK but go before disco starts at 8PM. Not a bad stay.

We had a large room on the second floor overlooking the river & terrace area. We were warned of the live music that was on in the restaurant & terrace each night but it was really loud. Very clean, comfortable hotel, a delightful visit. Particular mention to the chap on the front desk, Farhodjon, who was exemplary is assisting us explore the town. A true professional and ambassador for the hotel. My room was on the top floor overlooking the road and although it was a Friday night we had no issues with noise.

Nice place on the banks of the river and good atmosphere, but the prices are great, but for such a hotel it is not pathetic, and the bathhouse is not bad

The hospitality of the owner is outstanding

One would have to say it is the location that sets this hotel apart. All rooms have wonderful views over the lake. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was adequate but served in a stuffy room. A swimming pool is available to cool off. There are loads of stairs here so not suited for those with mobility issues.

Contrary to what we had read, Maria and I thought that Hotel Firuz was a very good Hotel. It is about 5 k's outside of the city centre. Our Room was provided with air conditioning and all other necessities. The breafast was good and to our satisfaction.

The waiters are proactive with service...the quality of food and cocktails has reduced compared to the previous location..so something..many people are opting not to have their dinners there

Located in the centre of Dushanbe, close to all the attractions the city has to offer. Only stayed here for one night, but enjoyed my stay here nonetheless. The hotel room was clean and tidy, having all the amenities required for a jet lagged tourist. Good price as well too.

The hotel is old, but spacious rooms and very nice staff. I stayed there 16 days, last week.The last day hotel AC broke and was not fixed all the day and night (weather was 34/20 C max/min!). Breakfast was not bad but every day almost the same! And no warmed up!

The hotel is a bit old and close to the airport. The room facilities are quite satisfactory and have everything you need. The service is good and airport transfer can be arranged free of charge. It is well-known in Dushanbe and is generally satisfactory.

After arriving, there were four or five front desk staff to greet us. Some spoke English, some spoke Chinese (not very fluently), but they were all very warm and helpful. It felt like home! Drinks and snacks in the lobby were free to use, and there were plenty of large bottles of water in the room. In short, it was very good! When we asked to have breakfast prepared earlier, they flat-out refused. The indoor and outdoor pools were great, and the hotel staff spoke Chinese, which was nice. However, in room 407, the toilet lid was broken...

Great location and good value for the price. The staff is very friendly. Right next to restaurant with good food. The bed in the pillow were comfortable. This is a good stay for backpackers.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location and the service. The hotel is old, the rooms are large, but they need renovation immediately. In fact, the entire hotel could use a renovation, as it's already showing signs of its glory days. We didn't have breakfast, but if the breakfast is anything like the hotel's, I think it's a good thing we didn't eat there.

The state-owned Tajikistan Hotel is state-owned in everything, including facilities and services. You understand. The location is very good, and the hotel breakfast is also very special and absolutely unforgettable.

It's no longer a hotel - it's been rented out to UNDP to accommodate a number of the UN agencies and projects

A nice hotel, not perfect though. Very central asian it combines large rooms and friendly staff with good service. There are some all issues however: the wifi is rather patchy, there is no ATM inside the hotel (one outside is not properly working most of the time), and our room was marked as non-smoker but distinctively had a smoke scent in it. All in all a pleasant experience though.
