Good placa although a bit isolated if you want to está out of normal time.
The main problem is that they do not speak English at all…

Nice location on top of the hill with the view of the mountains and the Mekong River. Laos could be seen on the other side of the river.

The room is clean, but the bathroom is small, and the shower curtain could not prevent the water from wetting the bathroom.

There is a simple complementary breakfast.

The view from the restaurant is beautiful. You can clearly see the Mekong River and the Lao PDR. The staff are kind. The room may seem a bit narrow, but it has all the basic amenities, except for a desk and a work chair. It is suitable for those who love peace and quiet. The view is beautiful. The high angle view is wide as far as the eye can see. In particular, the housekeeper cooks delicious food that is pleasing to the eye. It is truly worth a visit.

Around 700B per night for a regular room with Queen-size bed (low season prices). The bungalows are 300B more. Great value. Fantastic location. Superb views. Comfortable beds. The young ladies at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. The main problem is that there is no table and no chair. If you need a desk for your computer you are out of luck.

As the name suggests, a great spot on top of a hill just outside of town.
The owners are very friendly and helpful. They will pick you up and drop you off in town if needed. The view from the restaurant is across the Mekong to Laos, the room has a nice view and it's quiet, away from dogs, roosters and everything else. It's clean and comfortable and makes for a great stay. The owner drove us to the bus station when we left and will definitely be back.

Wonderful people took very good care of us! Nice and quiet with beautiful Mekong River view. Breakfast was really quite nice with both the Thai and the "Western" options. The warmth of the staff can not be overstated.
The room itself was nice enough and serviceable but could use a little more furniture. This is just an observation and not a complaint.

Economical price, good location, good atmosphere, shower water flows very gently. The bathroom door is not good.

The plus points. The views are breathtaking. Even driving out onto the main road all you can see is a giant Buddha in front of you. The staff are great, very friendly very good English spoken. Very quiet which was a huge plus for me. No passing traffic. Now the bad points. Only 1 charging point on 1 side of the bed, no bedside tables or cabinet, no bedside lights. Shower would never stay hot, and would become flooded quick. The balcony was filthy. My girlfriend was putting some washing out and had to clean the rails on the balcony. Her hands were black afterwards. If you are on the 1st floor the climb up there must be the same as climbing mount Everest. I have difficult mobility and at times I struggled to get up there, the steps were so steep. Would I stay again? I don't know. I think I would book a villa, because the views and the quietness were brilliant.
