We initially had two rooms on the ground floor. They were OK, but dark and cold. Then we had rooms 403 and 404, the nicest, with a magnificent view of the Mekong. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so-so and OK. We would book it again.

I stayed here after crossing the border from Laos. I have only great things to say about it. Rooms were very comfortable, the restaurant was tasty, and the staff were true professionals. The desk staff, in particular, were extremely helpful when I lost an important item, sending a driver to retrieve it at no charge.

Nice location on top of the hill with the view of the mountains and the Mekong River. Laos could be seen on the other side of the river. The room is clean, but the bathroom is small, and the shower curtain could not prevent the water from wetting the bathroom. There is a simple complementary breakfast.

Average hotel for a good price. What makes the experience excellent are the cute couple who runs the place. We traveled before the breakfasttime and they woke up early and made us coffee and toast before we left. Namkhong resort is such a nice place, located next to the main road but quiet and peaceful atmospheres all-over the property. The room was really comfortable, completely made out of wood, big spaces and good patio. Toilets here were shared, clean and numerous. Just behind the wooden huts you will find a big swimming pool, that time was clean and just perfect!

Russian realism concrete bunker meets Thai village but quiet and clean. Chosen for us so we rolled with it. Slept well enough though. A bit too budget friendly. Close to shops and restaurants. A night to be forgotten. If you are on a budget then it is perfectly adequate.

Stayed here for only one night, which was probably enough. We booked a double room with private bathroom, room has A/C but is incredibly small.
