Symphony of The Sea in Bang Saen

The refrigerator wasn't cooling to the set temperature. There was no conditioner provided. The room was dusty, especially on surfaces like the daybed or in areas guests wouldn't typically use. The light switches were quite confusing; turning things on and off seemed to affect different lights unexpectedly. Parking for hotel guests wasn't clearly marked, making it hard to find the entrance to the parking lot. There were too few staff members, leading to inadequate service for guests, and some lacked a service-oriented mindset, particularly the staff in the breakfast restaurant.

Late on the night of March 29th, the fire alarm went off for a long time, forcing all guests to evacuate. I was extremely disappointed with the hotel's management of the situation. This incident severely disrupted my sleep that night; I couldn't get a good night's rest and was constantly startled, fearing another emergency.
