Coasta Bangsaen in Bang Saen

I called the staff for booking around 1 pm and asked for the room price for 3 adults. They said 1100 Baths, and 500 Baths for extra bath. So in total 1600 Baths with no breakfast. We thought it was fine and we checked in at 2:00 pm. We also had to pay 500 Baths for deposit.

When we check out, I asked to pay back 500 Baths deposit and they said it's for extra bed. I was shocked. When I argued them back, they paid me back 500 Baths with unhappy face. Since I wamt to write the review, I didn't take the money.

Very noisy , has to improve room cleaning and security

The door opens damaged, the TV cannot be viewed, the water pipe in the bathroom is broken, the accommodation is not worth the price, it sucks.

Rooms are starting to look quite worn even tho the hotel isn't very old. Parking arrangements are quite poor, you are escorted to park outside in the sun. Considering the price of a room (2500+) for a weekend night, this is quite dissapointing.

The hotel will not accomodate a late checkout, even tho we checked in at 10pm in the evening. The pool is absolutely filthy. There showers have no pressure and have broken heads.

Our 1st visit to Coasta Bangsaen was great. The 2nd visit not so much. I asked my wife who is Thai, (no language misunderstanding) to request a 2nd key card. They refused. They only give us one. A 2nd key card would have allowed my wife and I to leave the room independently of each other, but with only 1 key card, we could not do so. Also asked my wife to request a 2nd blanket. Would have been happy to pay extra not a big deal. They refused to issue us a 2nd blanket. So yeah 1 star. Will never stay here again. This hotel failed on a basic level of hospitality. Added bonus, to the South of the hotel about 200 feet is an open air bar that pumps out some very loud music until 11:30 pm/23:30.
