The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are always very helpful. I usually stay here on weekdays when I come to work in the area, and it always feels comfortable, almost like home.

I just came back late and saw a foreign guest scolding the lovely reception staff with a very bad tone of voice because the hotel requested the original passport for check-in but the guest didn’t provide the original passport to the staff. Honestly, I couldn’t stand seeing the staff treated that way. This is actually an international rule, as every hotel requires the original passport. I always carry mine when traveling abroad, so I completely understand the staff and felt very sorry for them.

Seeing this situation made me want to write this review to support the hotel. The service is really good, the staff are kind, and even the housekeeping team are very lovely. Overall, I’m very impressed with this hotel. Great service, professional staff, and clear standards. Highly recommended
