The worst part of all is that when you booked via booking.com, the hotel will notify you via email that you've entered a wrong credit card number, and you need to pay cash or credit card at the hotel. This raised concern of double payment. It was strange that the hotel claimed I had entered wrong credit card number, at the same time, I could not cancel my reservation because they would deduct the hotel fee from my credit card! After a lot of questioning, the hotel said that they did not link their credit card with booking.com or Agoda, so all payments via the platforms will be declined and guests are required to pay at the property. I assume this is to avoid the platform fee? No idea..

The actual jacuzzi looks nothing like their advertised photo. It looks poorly with obviously dirty water, floating toys and a lot of sand sitting at the bottom. I wonder how often it is cleaned properly and how many days have the toys been floating.

The room is economical and spacious, but quite run down. If you look for an affordable room to stay, and do not mind having your credit card payment declined, it is not bad.

The room is vast but old and does not match with photos online. The toilet clogs and one of the ceilings outside the room has no panel, leaking smell from the above ventilation system. For similar price range, there are better and cheaper 3-4 star alternatives for the price. The room also does not come with breakfast for two or any coffee in the room, yet they require to place a 1,000 baht deposit prior to accessing the room. It is not recommended for families who wish a quiet and comfortable time as the rooms are right next to the main street with loud noise.

The facilities are very old. The water pipe in the toilet burst at 4am and we didn't sleep well at all. There was no compensation or measures, just an apology.

Very old rooms. paint is coming off in the living room and bathroom. The bed and cushions are hard and uncomfortable and there is a strange smell in the bedrooms.
