- Receptionist didn't comment about noises if staying first room at first floor, so we couldn't slept all night. She should have told us about that, otherwise we would have selected second floor.

- it's seem that the noise came from security guard at the front, it was like he had been talking all night or listening something from his mobile or didn't do his job when visitors talking loudly.

Ultimately, the room is decent but will be hard to sleep if stay at first floor.

I will not stay here again, unless need to stay up all night.

The room was very clean and inviting. I was so impressed the first time I stayed, I returned for a second time. Unfortunately, last night, heavy rain and strong winds knocked down a large tree planted by the hotel in the parking lot, crushing my car. This morning, I reported the incident to the hotel owner, who immediately responded that it wasn't the hotel's fault. I just wanted the owner to show some concern for me, even asking if I was injured or okay. However, since I booked a low-priced room, the service might have to be based on the price I booked. I'd like to thank the male staff member who took care of everything for me, all by himself. I'm sure he didn't order me to do this, but he did it himself from the bottom of his heart, serving customers.
However, in this unfortunate incident, I learned that if I one day become the owner of a good hospitality business, what kind of attitude should I have towards running my business? I've learned from bad examples.
