The villa is right on the beach and has parking, which is awesome. I booked a beachfront villa with a private dipping pool that you can control the temperature of. The room is just the right size and feels super private. Breakfast is tasty and served hot, too. The staff is super friendly and really helpful, which makes everything even better!

Casa Papaya is a very beautiful boutique resort in Cha-am. We stayed in Villa 111 which overlooked the tropical gardens and the beach and had its own pool. Perfect spot for a low key get away from crowded tourist areas. You are right on a clean, well kept beach. A lovely swimming pool. Walk right down the beach for good Thai food and beer, and enjoy them while relaxing on the beach. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity and access to the beach was amazing. There were no chairs on the beach like pictured but I believe a storm had recently come by. I played so far twice at Lakeview and both times I was positively surprised by the condition of the course. While some mentioned in the reviews they have been unhappy with the Caddies i cannot really agree with them. Only advise is, Golfers should know themselves how to read greens. Golf course is fantastic but caddies really leave a lot to be desired. No enthusiasm and mostly indifference. I visited today just to play golf and have lunch. There are a good number of fantastic holes at this course. Greens are inconsistent and fringes stop ball dead. This is a shame as this could be a great golf course. Organisation isn't great. I had a 9.50 tee time but couldn't go out until about 10.40 as they had no caddies. It is a beautiful course. It was our 1st time playing there. We signed up 1 month membership for 4500 baht at the end of 18 holes. Our caddies speak English and they are cheerful. We walked 9 holes and hopped onto the buggy for our 2nd 9. Staff are very friendly.

The place is not far from the sea, clean, the bed is comfortable for us. We went during the weekdays, it was quiet, really suitable for relaxation. The staffs are cute and give good advice. If I have a chance to go to Cha-am, I will stop by to stay here again. I feel like I got a full rest.

If you're visiting Cha-am, I highly recommend staying here. The accommodation is beautiful, the atmosphere is shady, and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I was impressed. There's a swimming pool and the price is reasonable. The accommodation is right on the road near a 7-Eleven. If I have the chance to pass through Cha-am, I'll definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms; spacious and simple, many carparks available. Swimming pool is dirty, breakfast is very simple. Overall satisfied :)

The location is great, close to Cha-am beach and easy to get to. It's quiet, perfect for relaxing, and there are restaurants nearby. My nephew loved it! The price is also very reasonable.

It's an old hotel. But it's well kept clean. The air conditioner is cool but a little noisy. The location is very good, next to the beach. Overall it is considered good.
