Overall is cool. But if expect bellboy there was not, it's self service. Elevator quite old but still working.
Older hotel and it shows. But clean and friendly stuff. Good because in walkable distance to the railway station and a 7/11. Next to the river with nice restaurant terrasse on the river. Pool ok but almost never direct sun. Big breakfast buffet catering for a big variety of asian and western food.
Overall value for money paid . Old hotel but room had been refurbished. Had a good night sleep which is importsnt. Breakfast was average hence my overall average ratin
It not 5* ,maby 3* , nothing @ to spend time...old hotel
Wonderful hotel with great restaurants, just outside the old city but walkable or quick tilt tuk ride. Staff great and breakfast good

Very good and clean hotel with helpfull staff and great kitchen for breakfast but also brunch etc. Close to all attractions and safe parking at lots or under the hotel. Very 👍
Excellent stay! Clean, comfortable room and very friendly staff.
Modern, clean, roomy, comfortable hotel. Helpful staff with translation and local advice. Great pool and gym. Delicious breakfast included (Asian and western)
Nice Cafe too. Impressed! Located not on the island but a quick drive away
Our tour group had a lunch buffet at the hotel.
Food: 5/5 The selection was excellent ranging from sushi to traditional Thai sweets. The food was tasty and fresh.
Service: 5/5 the servers were great in clearing out dishes and replenishing the food.
Atmosphere: 5/5 nice ambiance with plenty of seating for large groups
We visited this hotel on a tour and it was very convenient location with lots of things available if you are willing to walk 10-15 mins along the main road.
Rooms were fine, check in/out was efficient. Bathrooms were good. Bedding and pillows - very good. Towels smelt clean
I had a great experience at the Kantary Hotel. The staff were excellent and very accommodating, from assisting me with sightseeing and activities, to arranging transport. The room and bathroom very both very spacious and the room had great facilities. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to staying there on my next trip to Ayutthaya.

The service is enthusiastic, and the environment is clean and hygienic.
Facilities: a bit old,
Hygiene: OK
Environment: too few food options nearby
Service: OK
No toothbrush or toiletries, towels are big bath towels and a bit old.
The room is nice, but the furniture in the room looks old and the door handle is not very safe. The bathroom lock knob is broken. The room is not soundproof. The atmosphere is good and the view is beautiful.
Booked for me and my friends, perfect experience got the budget.
Staff are friendly, called to say my friend forgot some of his items and kept it safe for us to pick up.
Clean and sanitary, the room is very fragrant, and the bed is comfortable. The service lady is very nice, and it is very convenient to have breakfast in the lobby downstairs. This hotel is trustworthy and I will stay here again next time I come back.

Good saving in a lovely budget hotel.
Normal and normal and normal, not much to say, you try youself. I cannot recommend.
This is an ideal 3 star hotel as a base to tour Si Ayutthaya. There's parking behind the hotel. The room has basic amenities. The pool is nice and clean. There are bars & restaurants on the street just to the right of the hotel, 7-11 is diagonally across the road.
Good hotel in central location close to many shops and attractions
Close to historic sights decent budget hotel

This place is great. Price and rooms 00 percent. Great service. Location is perfect
The room is very clean and tidy, the parking lot is easy to park, and the breakfast is a set meal per person, with American and Thai options, and comes with coffee + juice
There's no hair dryer. The air conditioning is noisy.
I wasn't expecting much from the breakfast, but it was fine.
The staff were all friendly.
The room is okay. It is more suitable for business purposes. Just staying overnight, not thinking much, it is okay.
The facilities and environment are OK, but most importantly, don't go there without transportation!!! (Remember to rent a car)
The room itself was clean, but there were still bugs.... There are no tourist attractions nearby, so I recommend coming by car.
However, I happened to be able to attend a local festival, and they even provided a shuttle there.
They were very kind.

This hotel is located right by the river, and its popular brick walls are quite distinctive. It feels like an upscale guesthouse with excellent service. Breakfast is à la carte.
Beautiful scenery, and the breakfast was delicious.
Parking lot 🅿️ in front of the main gate, not very convenient, swimming pool can’t swim very small, the public place are small, room is big but not convenient for work in room.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A peaceful riverside retreat blending art, architecture, and serenity.
I stayed in the Deluxe River View Room and absolutely loved the view of Wat Phutthaisawan across the river — especially at sunset, when the light turned golden over the water. The minimalist architecture, white walls, and red-brick courtyard create a timeless atmosphere that feels both modern and sacred.

The view was stunning just like the pictures. The room were clean, comfortable, and cool. The Aircon delivered, we feel so cooling and comfortable after a long hot day outside Ayutthaya. Breakfast was decent and parking lots are limited even though the security team always ensure the cars are parked properly and will assist and direct you. Must stay once when in Ayutthaya.
Lovely, super photogenic boutique hotel! All the staff we met, receptionists/ restaurant staff/ parking guy were nice and helpful with smile.
One negative thing to point out would be the room we were given though. “Deluxe River View Room with Terrace (Room.11)”
Located by the restaurant so we had to shut a curtain half way all the time for privacy, hence half the view of Chao Phraya river & wonderful...

💥The entrance to the hotel and the parking lot are very confusing. If you don't know which part is a hotel or which part is a department store, you have to look and observe for yourself.

Hotel next to shopping mall Parking at the same place The accommodation is spacious and clean. The room is a little old. But the equipment is complete. Normal hot and cold water, there is a sink, Thai food, bread, coffee, fruit, yogurt, sausage and ham, normally considered inexpensive, spacious room, safe.
Very old hotel in appropriate condition, OK for one night, but nothing more. Breakfast wasn't rich, but you can't ask for more for the price you paid.
The environment is okay, right?
The water heater in the shower is set to the highest setting and is still warm, so I can wash off a cold directly. Moreover, the shower head is fixed and I can barely reach it because I am 178cm tall.
Apart from being old, the suite is really big.

A fantastic experience! Beautiful environment, perfectly sized pool – ideal for relaxing.
Great staff and the accommodation was beautiful. A little bit out of the way but plenty of tuk tuks and taxis.
Photos r of different rooms. We stayed in a bungalow across the street. Was not completely excited about the place (based on the photos). By the 2nd/3rd day I started enjoying this tranquil place. Nature sings 2 u in the morning, a wake up call.. Staff is awesome, friendly & thoughtful. U can drive 2 Bangkok & Pattaya
Cozy and nice
Great stay. Very, very friendly and service minded staff.
Original bungalows in Ayutthaya
Very quiet place not so far away from Ayutthaya. Very convenient for families. Each room is a private bungalow. I occuped the first one with view on a big plain. Windows on 270 degrees. Amazing place. All the team is very friendly. Ask for the hotel tuk tuk driver to visit the ancestral city.
Definitively recommend this place
We only tried the restaurant as part of our trip, as the hotel wasn't on our itinerary. It's a great place for lunch, in a very pleasant and quiet setting, with excellent and varied cuisine and quality service.

A neat, clean and new (Chinese owned?) hotel with hight tech rooms and great shower and toilet. The problem was lack of a restaurant that provides lunch and dinner. Given that the hotel is very isolated the only evening option was delivery of KFC.
The breakfast is catered for Chinese with no decent coffee. Jams ans butter are served in collective jars!
It is also next to a construction site.
Fantastic stay! The hotel is new, rooms are very clean and cozy, and the staff incredibly helpful and always smiling. I wish every hotel had such wonderful people working there. The hotel also has a laundry room, which is a great convenience when you're traveling for a month.
Room is quite new and their facilities are great. Staffs are always welcome. However, location is not good if you want to travel in Ayudhaya for attaction places. Thing that I didn't expect is breakfast, it is chinese style.
New hotel with good facilities and technology but a bit far away from city and a lot of mosquitoes
The accommodation and service were excellent, and the price was only a little over 1000 baht, including breakfast. I was incredibly impressed! The thing I loved most was the toilet seat – it was always warm whenever you sat on it, I wish I had one at home!
The front desk service was excellent; they communicated in Chinese throughout, which was fantastic.

We had a lovely stay at IuDia. The location along the river across from a landmark temple was perfect for photos and for relaxing in the afternoon. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. We had 2 nights in a Riverside Lower Terrace Double. The room was fine and the view superb - all the hallmarks of a good stay. However - let down by the public facilities - almost non-existent. The breakfast was really poor - no real choices - just a cold plate of sliced fruits (no choice of fruit - same for every diner/every day) and the hot plates were barely hot after a sedentary service - took...
My husband and I enjoyed our first night in Ayutthaya at this lovely property. We had an ensuite courtyard room which was large and beautifully furnished. Our first room, Constantine Phaulkon, was spacious and light, but my goodness it was in need of a refurb. There was no storage other than limited hanging space. Rooms are too old. Reception are not friendly.
Hotel OK generally and good value for money. Electric shower could do with a vertical adjuster and a better and longer hose (about 1M installed!). Bath (for shower) not the easiest to get in and out of without risking slipping. I always bring a bath mat to Thailand.

The key card didn't work, so the staff gave me a key instead. The room was spacious but a little dusty. The bathroom was quite old. There was no hair dryer. The lights in the room were not very bright.
I recommend this hotel. It is very comfortable, the bedroom is very spacious, the bathroom is clean, the staff are lovely, provide good service, and give good advice. Most importantly, when we booked a double bed because the single room was full, but when we arrived, the receptionists said that there was still a single room. Oh, I was very impressed. The room and hotel were exactly as described, and good value for the price. However, Ayutthaya isn't very developed commercially. There's only one 7-Eleven nearby, so breakfast was a bit tricky to sort out.
The hotel room was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the moment I arrived. The size of the room was just right — not too small to feel cramped and not overly large, so it still felt cozy and practical. The bed was comfortable, and everything was neatly arranged, showing good attention to detail.
Location is great but the hotel is a bit run down and I just didn't like it.
Not a bit fan of dark bedding, it doesn’t wash well, in fact there were stains
A decent option for a one-night stay. Convenient location close to major attractions and temples, reasonably clean and comfortable.
The elevator was a nice and useful bonus, especially with luggage. Friendly staff. Nothing special, but perfectly fine for a short stay.
Everything was just fine. Unfortunately they didn’t have bikes, but they told me where to rent one. It’s close to popular attractions

Good room with bathtub and swimming pool. Great view to enjoyed sunset
Areas for improvement:
- The bathroom lacks a shower curtain, causing the floor to get very wet.
- The bedside table is very small, and the addition of a lamp makes it almost impossible to place anything on it.
- At breakfast, the plates and salad dressing ran out, and there was no staff to check; we had to inform them.
- The dining room receives a lot of direct sunlight, and there are no curtains...
The hygiene was so-so, there were cockroaches, I wouldn't live there again.

It's okay, as voted. Good location, not very clean, a bit scary, but it's okay to stay here while traveling.
The hotel was very clean and good value for money, but I'm very disappointed that the CCTV cameras didn't catch the thief. Someone stole my Nike sneakers; they were in a laundry box in the back of my car, but someone still stole them.
Very clean room! The staff does not speak much English but with gestures we understand each other!
Small downside concerning the catering on site that there is not and in the surroundings not much choice ...
The temples are right next door and at the end of the street a beautiful reclining Buddha!

A magnificent masterpiece of Thai-contemporary craftsmanship. The intricate ironwork and architectural soul of Silp-Pa Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya deeply inspired the melody of my composition 'Boon Bang Orn'. We left our luggage early before check-in time, and the guesthouse staff were very kind, letting us check in early as well. The guesthouse garden was beautiful, well-maintained, and naturally beautiful. The only downside was the abundance of mosquitoes, but the guesthouse provided mosquito repellent. Breakfast was Thai porridge, and the portion was huge—we couldn't possibly finish it! 🤣
A very good inn-style family hotel in Ayutthaya, with a good location! Elegant environment! Located in the city center, you can walk or ride a bicycle to go there. The parking lot is large and safe! I stayed there for the third time! I like this feeling very much. I will come again in the future.
Great environment, average facilities, good service attitude
Highly recommended. Very nice welcome with very good breakfast and very good service. Both ladies who welcomed us deserve our utmost respect. The room was very clean and the place is pure bliss. Very helpful and definitely will come to stay here when visiting next. Thank you 😊💞
Good atmosphere, wide garden and playground. It's suitable for being a family. Because if you go as a couple You will sleep in a small room. And the big room will be a family place, especially if there are children. I can only sleep. Because the upper floor has a wooden floor. The room is not soundproof. Whether it's downstairs Or the room next to me is tight and I can't sleep well.
Nice little home stay . I did a mini video, but can’t upload.. very traditional Thai house with a nice garden.. suitable for families with children as there is playground for children to play with including a swing..
