Rooms were fine, check in/out was efficient. Bathrooms were good. Bedding and pillows - very good. Towels smelt clean
Nice Cafe too. Impressed! Located not on the island but a quick drive away
Food: 5/5 The selection was excellent ranging from sushi to traditional Thai sweets. The food was tasty and fresh.
Service: 5/5 the servers were great in clearing out dishes and replenishing the food.
Atmosphere: 5/5 nice ambiance with plenty of seating for large groups
Based on some reviews was a bit worried about the service n attitude of the staff!! But can report that the service was excellent by the majority of the staff especially at the cafe n reception!! Only one the first egg station chef at breakfast was a bit rude but her replacement was good 👍🏾
Only issue with the hotel is the air conditioning which has a thermostat issue n keeps turning on n off every few seconds n it’s noisy plus our room was facing the main road n the noise from
Cars ambulances n loud motorbikes kept us up pretty much all night!!
The breakfast was good n has a range of good food including Japanese!!
Overall good but too much noise for us!
Not a new establishment but in decent condition. At some point of my stay an entire side of electricity including power plugs and lamps were not working, but staffs worked fast to solve the problem (took around 30 mins to check, find the cause, and fix). Not ideal but I would say quite professional.
Food was okay. Some days tasted nice and some others was just meh. Pastry was dope though.
