I've stayed here at least 8 times now. The rooms are simple but nice. The a/c works wonderfully, the WiFi works fine, the security is good, except with two people, as the fob is needed to get into the building. Rooms have a patio with is great for drying clothes. And HBO premium.

The Room are still good condition but service is poor.

This hotel is OK for the price. The location is good for traveling around downtown. Definite signs of wear and tear. The room could use a fresh coat of paint. A few more updates such as new TVs would help as well. However, the room is clean and quiet.

Was not our first choice but Aiyara Hotel wanted a lot more than one line price not prepared to negotiated and staff grumpy. Glad we walked to Promsuk. Quality hotel price less than on line and gave discount for two nights. Staff very helpful. You can walk over the bridge has foot bridge with steps making Promsuk

Staff is fairly stand offish doesn't talk to you, breakfast is always the same, room is okay. Alright for a cheap hotel.
