This was my first time staying at Alvarez hotel Buririum , and I must say the front service Mr.Love was excellent.
Since we had breakfast at the hotel for 3 days, we had the chance to get to know some of the restaurant staff, including Nice.They were all warm, friendly, and welcoming.
Housekeeping keep perfact and fast. Big room good decorate and clean.
The location not far from the main of city and Chang stadium.
I’m highly recommend stay Alvarez Hotel.

The room is clean, spacious, the bed is very soft, I like it. There are also many plugs. In the room, there is both a bathtub and a shower. The water pressure is good. It can make hot and cold water normally. Breakfast is varied according to the standard. There is a swimming pool, fitness room (sauna), rooftop, and 1 glass of mocktail per room. There is a delicious restaurant nearby. It meets the needs of convenience.

We were there on a saturday night 8:30pm. It's located on the 7th floor, the bar looks nice with a good atmosphere and you have a good view over Buriram. One thai guy played the guitar and sang songs, not too loud, quite pleasant.
The menu looked good but we didn't eat anything, prices reasonable.
But there were only 2 more customers in this big place, we wanted to drink cocktails but the answer was "today no cocktails". The staff looked very bored, understandable with no customers. We ordered a beer and left after 10 minutes. If you are looking for a very quiet place, you can go there and hopefully they will sell cocktails again.

The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the Chang circuit. That's where the advantages end. The price is unreasonably exorbitant. It's dirty, everything is old and unkempt. I definitely don't recommend it.

Arrived in my room to a safe that didn’t work, but they rectified the issue promptly.
Decided to check out the roof top bar as I arrived late, only to find the place was derelict and apparently going through maintenance (I think just closed)
Next morning thought I would head to the pool, only to find it was green and not useable (I’ll try and upload a pic)
Breakfast, is ok if you only like white bread, Thai meals and dodgy looking ham and sausages. No bacon and the omelette is basically just scrambled egg.

Good accommodation, comfortable sleep, nice rooftop atmosphere.

The sheets were all stained with yellow patches. I went back to Bangkok to stay overnight that night. The room environment was really poor and the sound insulation was also very poor.
